This magnificent villa of 600 sq mt. is perfect for families looking for a place to relax with privacy.It has a swimming pool which can be heated, 2 barbecues, table tennis, babyfoot, pool table, inside and outside dining for 18, two lounge areas, 2 tv's , large fitted kitchen. On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, on the main floor 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, and one bedroom and bathroom, plus a third lounge with sofa bed on the top floor, roof terrace. Most bedrooms have balconies,.Wifi and air con throughout.
The area
The villa is in a quiet area of Albufeira which is 35 mins from Faro airport. We can arrange transport form there to the villa for you The centre of Albufeira,or Olhos D'Agua restaurants and beaches are easily accessible by car in 5 minutes. Surrounding the villa are beautifully maintained gardens, There is parking for four cars plus ample street parking immediately outside free of charge.
Guest access
Albufeira and Olhos D'Agua boast 700 restaurants and cafes. Quinta Flores is ideally situated also for the many theme parks for children, beautiful beaches, and at least 300 days of sunshine per year.with attractions for all ages. Apart from many beautiful beaches, there is Zoomarine where you can swim with dolphins, or a cruise for whale and dolphin watching. There is Slide and Splash, Aqualand or Aquashow water parks, watersports of all types, sea cruises, horseriding, ten pin bowling even go-karting! Children can try the High Ropes assault course, or maybe paint-balling. For shopping a large Aldi is close by, or there is Algarve shopping centre in Guia, with a huge food hall and cinema, and 120 shops of all types.
Entrance to the villa from a quiet road with ample parking is through a large play area with outside dining with plenty of seating. Here also is a built-in barbecue, plus a large pizza oven. To the left is the pool area, with many sunbeds surrounding a kidney shaped swimming pool for your exclusive use, which can be locked for security purposes., also having another barbecue with seating.
The pool area leads to a huge fully equipped kitchen, with two refrigerators, microwave, hob, oven, coffee machine, juicing machine and dishwasher. Here also is inside dining for 18. The entire ground floor has beautiful traditional Portuguese tiling throughout and also is a large snooker table for your entertainment. Here aslo is a sonnker/pool table.
On this floor are three bedrooms, a master en-suite with a king-size bed having doors leading directly to the pool area; a large family bedroom en-suite with one double bed and two single beds. There is a third bedroom with twin beds which has a shower room W.C. opposite.
Stairs from here, or by a winding external staircase lead to the main floor. Here is a further entrance to the villa with a car port for two cars. This leads direct to two inter-communicating lounges, with a total of five settees, other chairs, a large TV with a table and dining for eight. Doors lead to a large balcony.
Through a hallway are three bedrooms, one en-suite with a double bed, one with two single beds, one with a double bed, and a further bathroom. All these bedrooms have doors leading to either a balcony or outside terraces. Up to the top floor is a further lounge with a sofa bed, a bedroom and bathroom with access to a large balcony, and to a roof terrace, with views of Albufeira to the sea.
All main rooms have air conditioning, and fibre wifi internet at a speed of up to 500mbps. All bedrooms have mirrored wardrobes for storage. For large groups an eighth bedroom is available on the top floor at an extra charge.. Please ask for details.
THE MINIMUM NIGHTS STAY DEPENDS ON THE MONTH REQUIRED. IN MID JULY TO SEPTEMBER, IT IS SEVEN DAYS. GUESTS AGE THIRTEEN AND OVER ARE REQUIRED TO PAY €2.00 PER NIGHT TOURIST TAX.

The owner provided pool towels/ tea and coffee/ hairdryers/ didhwasher tabs/ washing tabs. It was a very relaxed stay with plenty of space to eat and be aroubd the pool together. I would definitely recommend this villa. The owner asks for payment by babk transfer and all was fine. We would love to return for another stay. Five star ⭐
Perfect for large families of groups
By Chris on 27-Jul-2025We have just returned from a lovely 7day break at the villa with our extended family. 16 adults and 2 toddlers fitted easily in the villa with plenty of space for us all. The location of the villa is outside of Albufiera but in a very nice residential area that is easily accessible by car or Uber. The villa has everything you would want and is a hole from home. We were greeted with water in the fridge, tea and coffee pods- and washing powered by the washing machine. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners, who met us on arrival and gave us a useful run down of what we needed to know. We cannot recommend this Villa enough and we look forward to returning again in the future.

By Kathleen on 03-Jun-2025This property is perfect for a large group,we were 13 ladies and it was large enough that we didn’t feel cramped. Each bedroom had its own patio We had 3 floors to spread out , the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The pool area is beautiful and we enjoyed it so much with a lounger for everyone and some to spare! Location was wonderful with Ubers to old and new town very reasonable at about 6€-8€ for 6 people. Loads of places to eat at very reasonable prices in town , several Aldi and Lidl grocery stores were short drives from the house. Anthony and David were wonderful hosts and took good care of us! Highly recommended to all!

By Becca on 24-Apr-2025Becca We stayed here as a group of 15 and absolutely loved it! The house is huge, clean, and really lovely—plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The location was super convenient and made it easy for us to get to all the places we wanted to visit. The hosts were absolutely fabulous—so helpful and attentive both before and during our stay. They really went above and beyond, even posting back my auntie’s bus pass after she left it behind! Such a thoughtful gesture. We would 100% recommend this place and would love to come back again in the future!

By Dean on 16-Oct-2024Staying with Tony was top notch. We were comfortable with plenty of space to relax and hang out. The pool was perfect and the location is unbeatable. We were able to cook delicious meals and explore the nearby towns, all of which had great food and entertainment options. I’d definitely book a stay again.
