Guests are not permitted to bring extra guests to the apartment
No parties or loud music please. No get togethers for extra people. We are only insured for 6 guests, so please dont bring extra guests to spend time here.

Terms : 32% Deposit on Booking -- £25 booking fee is incorporated in your booking.
Full Balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival. £140 Damage deposit is due with the balance.
If bookings are less than 6 weeks away -- The full amount is due at the time of booking
Guests who cancel 65 days before arrival will receive 70% refund less booking fees.
If guests cancel between 32 and 65 days before arrival date -- they will receive 50% refund less Booking fee and admin fee of 20%
It is advisable to take out holiday Insurance as soon as you book your holiday, to be covered for any eventuality that might happen.

We can not accept a dog or pet at all at this property.
Car Charging : This is not allowed at the property at all. We have to be very strict about this as we are not insured for this.
