This beautiful quinta is located on a large estate of 24,000m2 of land and is equipped with 10 cottages, of which 8 are available for rental. (possibly more on request) The site is completely fenced and there are beautiful landscaped gardens with various seating areas, walking paths, vegetable / herb garden, orchard, lawn and also a Dojo which is perfect for Yoga groups, business retreats, meditation retreats, etc. there is a pond with Koi carp, various barbecue areas, pizza oven, refrigerators, etc. The private swimming pool has an unusual shape and is approximately 100m2 in size.
The Quinta is very quiet, yet only 4 km from the supermarket in Loule. Faro airport is just a 30 minute drive away.
Quinta da Colina is perfect for: family vacation, yoga retreats, business retreats, meditation retreats, horse coaching, cooking workshops, etc.

Main house / Quinta (sleeps 10): 2 very tastefully decorated living rooms, a very large and well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, utility room, dining room with large table and chairs, 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an office. Furthermore, the Quinta has solar panels, air conditioning in all important areas, radiators and underfloor heating (heating available for an additional fee).
The Barn - front of the quinta (2 persons):

There are 7 different wooden cottages, all more or less the same.

Cottage 5 (2 people): 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen diner, terrace and air conditioning.
Cottage 6 (2 people): 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen diner, terrace and air conditioning.
Cottage 7 (2 people): 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen diner, terrace and air conditioning.
Cottage 9: (4 people): 2 bedrooms (bunk bed and a double bed), 1 shared bathroom, private terrace (approx. 30M2).
Only available in consultation and for an additional fee:
Cottage 8 (6 people): 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen diner, terraces, air conditioning, hot tub.
There is space to eat outside in the courtyard for at least 32 persons. Inside the Quinta, there is a table for 16 persons maximum.
Dojo (multifunctional room): approx. 100m2 and equipped with underfloor heating (extra fee). The windows can be opened completely. The space is perfect for Yoga, Meditation, business presentations, etc.
There is also a spacious Yoga platform, a tree house with 2 floors and a zip line, a large swimming pool of approx. 100m2 with an integrated jacuzzi, and a bar with American fridge / sink and separate shower with toilet.
