7 Bedroom Villa - Legeado / Albufeira:
Spacious 7-bedroom, 9-bathroom villa with games room and bar and Wi-Fi internet can sleep up to sixteen adults or fourteen adults and four small children.
The pool can be gated off for young children on request and can be heated for an extra two hundred € per week,
This seven-bedroom detached villa with a great roof terrace is ideal for extended family holidays or couples travelling together with children. Walking distance to the beach and the Strip.
All bedrooms have their own bathroom or shower room plus there are a further two toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine and dishwasher.
With its own games room and bar area it is ideal for family groups and the pool area can be fully closed for children's security.
This villa now as air-conditioning available in all bedrooms for the 2026 season and is an option at 300 hundred Euros a week and must be confirmed before arrival.
The bathrooms and lounge area have been renovated for the 2024 season and new curtains and matching covers and we have already added another family bedroom with its own small lounge / extra bedroom. making this a 7 + 1 bedroom villa with each bedroom having its own bathroom for 2024,
There is a 750 Gbp damage deposit when families and 150 Gbp per person when groups over 25 years old and 200 Gbp per person when under 25 years old,

We had a really enjoyable group family holiday here

We weren't under each other's feet even though all under the one roof. Dale was really helpful when we needed anything. Supermarket on the doorstep. Nice warm pool when heated so the kids could enjoy it in April. Hoping to return next year.
Villa Legeado / Albufeira

The villa itself was amazing and so clean and tidy, all of the lads had a fantastic time and stay here!! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone on a stag doo or hen doo 👍🏻 Dale was brilliant also in organising everything, his responsiveness on emails was outstanding and he did everything to make our stay perfect, thanks Dale! Fantastic Villa - Highly Recommend!
By Ross D on 29-Apr-2024Recently stayed here with a group of 12 and I can't speak highly enough of this villa, the pictures don't do it justice! It's only a 2 minute walk to a large supermarket which has everything you need, along with some local bars and restaurants (also highly recommend Fat Cats and O'Lusitano). The strip is around a 10 minute walk away and the old town is a 30 minute walk. The layout is perfect with everyone in our group getting their own bed with access to an en-suite. Two big kitchen areas with lots of appliances ready to use. The games room is absolutely brilliant, we had people playing ping pong, darts and card games all at the same time and because it's right next to the private pool area, it's a perfect place to get everyone together. The private pool is extremely clean and a really good size. The rooftop is a bit of a hidden gem - You sometimes forget it is there because of everything else in the villa but it gets the sun the whole day and has excellent views over Albufeira. The only constructive feedback I would mention is that the sun loungers could be doing with an upgrade soon. Dale was fantastic to deal with throughout and personally showed us around the whole villa when we arrived, which was really appreciated. We will definitely be looking to come back in the future and I would recommend this villa for larger groups, families and also couples holidays.
