This amazingly spacious duplex apartment is located on a hillside overlooking the Old Town of Albufeira and Fisherman's Beach. The living area and bedrooms are located over two floors, each boasting fantastic views towards Fishermans beach and the old town of Albufeira. The 2 large balconies, which many guests have commented they have spent most of their holiday wining and dining upon, entertain you with the constantly changing marine and beach activity. The lounge area, like the outdoor terrace, is south west facing with floor to ceiling patio windows offering the same panoramic views. The complex itself incorporates a large outdoor swimming pool and an area for family BBQing. Only 5 minutes walk away you find yourself in the quaint Old Town of Albufeira with its restaurants, bars and refurbished Fishermans square offering full entertainment for adults and children alike. Car hire is not necessary as two large supermarkets are within a 5 to 10 minutes walk and a smaller supermarket is within a 2 minutes stroll. There are many golf courses close by (3 courses within a 10 minute drive and a number of other courses within a 30 minute drive), they include Salgados, Vilamoura, Vale do Lobo, Pine Cliffs and Vila Sol plus many more. Mentioning just a few of the other fantastic attractions the Algarve has to offer, they include Aquashow Park of Quarteira, Slide and Splash in Lagoa, Zoo Marine in Guia, the annual Fiesa Sand Sculpture festival (the largest in the world, running from April - October) and many more. Entering the apartment you are welcomed by an open plan, light and spacious area. The upper floor offers a fully equipped modern kitchen, Television with over 100 channels to choose from, a double shower room and large separate dining and lounge areas facing panoramic floor to ceiling, wall to wall double glazed patio doors. Opening the patio doors gives you access to the large outside terrace/dining area with amazing panoramic views down to the old town, beach and across the ocean. Stairs lead you down to direct access to the second large terrace offering the same fantastic views and two large double bedrooms. Both bedrooms offer fitted wardrobes / dressing tables and both have access to a family bathroom with thermostatic shower. Wall mounted Air-conditioning / heating is allocated in every room. The apartment is 140 square metres internally and has an amazing 50 metres of sun terraces (one upper floor and one lower floor). It sleeps 4 spaciously, 6 comfortably with the option to sleep a further three (best suited to children). The two single beds in each of the bedrooms can be pushed together to form doubles and there are 3 sofa beds in the living area and a further 2 sofa beds in an area outside the two double bedrooms. The large upper terrace has an extendable dining table with 8 chairs and is accessed via patio doors from the lounge. The large lower terrace has 4 sun loungers and 4 chairs and is accessed via the hall area or bedroom patio doors.

Lovely family break
By Trail29463444165 on 25-Jul-2022From the 1st email enquiry and right through to the end of our holiday communications with Philippa was excellent! Transfers to and from the airport was well organised and we manged to get into the apartment early which was a bonus! Beautiful apartment, spotless clean and with more than enough room for the 4 adults and 2 kids in our party. Many a night was spent enjoying the great views from the balcony and the old town bars and restaurants were only a ten minute walk away although the walk back up the hill didn't seem to get any easier . The apartment was well equipped and beds were comfy. The only thing I would have liked was bigger drawers in the main bedroom to store clothes as the storage provided filled up quickly but we manged OK. Fantastic 2 week stay and would not hesitate to book in the future.
Beautiful View Over Albufeira
By E3553DHalexanders on 02-Aug-2022From the first contact when booking the apartment, the owner Philippa was very accommodating and helpful in arranging a transfer from the airport to the apartment. However, since we had a rental car this was not necessary for us. It was a large apartment over two floors with 2 balconies and stunning views over Albufeira. There was a kitchen with everything we needed except a dishwasher, but it was also no problem to clean the dishes by hand. It is only a few hundred meters away to the beach and Albufeira town where you can party all night or have a few drinks and something to eat. Various beaches and destinations in the Algarve were easily accessible centrally from Albufeira. Also Lisbon can be explored here quite as a day trip. All in all, it was a very nice, stress-free and well-organized vacation in Albufeira.
Lovely stay, brilliant location

Spent a lot of time on the balcony sat in the sun, enjoying the view. Great facilities, pool is nice and wifi was excellent too which you need with kids!
