The extra 3-bedroom apartment is available for up to an extra 6 guests and the bedrooms available will depend on the number of guests,
This well located 3 or 6-bedroom villa which can be rented as a 3-bedroom property or with the additional 3-bedroom apartment for larger families is situated in a small residential area called "Aldeia Turística", just a few minutes' walk from the infamous strip.
This two-level property is set in well matured and walled gardens, with its own private pool and under-cover BBQ area it is ideal, whether families or groups alike,
Praia Da Oura is famous for the "strip", one long street with a wide selection of restaurants, bars & nightclubs.
This makes Praia Da Oura suitable for all types of holidays, whether you are looking for a peaceful relaxing holiday on a sunny beach or bars and clubs till dawn!
The main villa has a lounge / dining area with seating and a sofa-bed, kitchen and three bedrooms which are air-conditioned (150 €) when required) which includes 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms with 2 shower rooms.
The separate downstairs 3-bedroom apartment as a small lounge leading out onto the pool and gardens and is supplied with 2 double bedrooms with 1 having an en-suite bathroom, a further shower room and a further single bedroom, now also with air-con for 150 € when required.
The damage deposit on this property is 750 Gbp when families, 150 Gbp each when groups over 25 Years old and 200 Gbp per person when under 25 years old.
We also have the Villa Sonia next door for larger families which will accommodate up to 9 guests.

Amazing villa

Wow what an amazing villa. 10 of us stayed here for my sister's hen doo and I must say that it may our expectations and more. An added bonus was that it is only a 2 minute walk to the strip. I will most definitely be returning.
Fab Villa
By Angela C on 05-Jul-2018Fab Villa Stayed her for a weekend for a hen do. Very spacious and well equipped. Lovely pool and amenities. So close to the main strip but still quiet enough to enjoy some peace and relaxation. Would definitely go back.
Perfect Location
By Quest786409 on 05-Jul-2018Perfect Location Stayed here for 3 nights in a party of 10 on a hen do. Huge property so there is ample space for everyone. The gorgeous swimming pool is a massive bonus, I did not want to leave! Only a couple of minutes' walk to the main strip. Highly recommend.
Perfect villa
By Libby B on 05-Jul-2018Perfect villa We had a great stay here recently, 10 girls for a hen do and the villa suited us perfectly! 2 minutes walk from the strip but lovely and quiet when away from there. Very clean and comfortable and a gorgeous pool. Would definitely stay here again.
