This spacious well equipped linked 3 floored villa is located in a small development of only 12 villas, with gated security entrance and located at the end of a small cul-de-sac and only 300 meters from the old town

Quiet location and only a 5 minute walk to supermarkets and a 10 minute walk down to Albufeira town and beach.

The old town of Albufeira as numerous bars with music / karaoke and live bands, discos, varied restaurants including English, Portuguese, Indian, Chinese etc and numerous shops,

The Algarve as available a variety of things to do including boat tours, water and theme parks, karting, tours in Portugal and Spain, buggy tours etc, (we offer discounts for our guests on all of the available excursions).


The entrance on the ground floor consist of 1 double bedroom, Kitchen, shower room and the large lounge / dining area.

The first floor consist of 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

The downstairs apartment which is included when over 6 guests or is available as an extra if required for more space or extra guests consist of a double bedroom, full bathroom, small kitchen and lounge with an extra double bed,

The villas as a terrace at the front of the villa and also a small garden area to the side and back as well as balconies off the lounge , dining area and bedrooms,

The property also as a large TV with English speaking channels and fiber internet,

Air-con is included from the 15/07 - 31/08 and an option for all other dates of 150 € per week and must be pre-booked,

16.00 pm entrance time and 10.00 am check out time, unless an early entrance or late check out as been booked.

Most UK airports have flights daily to Faro Airport and we have our own cars and minibuses to meet you at the airport, bring you over to our office in Albufeira and then onto the property once ready,

The deposit on booking is 30% and the balance payment is due 12 weeks before the arrival date,

We accept payments by bank transfer to the UK company accounts, Revolut, Wise in any currency or through PayPal with a card payment ( charges may apply ).

There is a 500 Gbp refundable damage deposit for families and 150 Gbp per person when groups,
