The villa is 17 minutes walk to the Old Town and Fisherman's beach with a 10 minute walk to the Strip. Convenient to restaurants , bars and supermarket All our guests mention the location of the villa as the primary reason for returning year on year
3700 sq ft 5 bedroom villa sleeps 10 with 42 sq meter private heated pool . rooftop jacuzzi and games room with English speaking manager with aircon in all rooms with sky tv
BBQ supplied with free gas , beach towels provided free for guests heated pool 50 euro extra per week if required child pool safety fence 50 euro per week if required
check in 3 pm check out 10 am Saturday changeover for peak season June to August
35 minute drive from Faro airport
30% booking deposit fully non refundable balance due 60 days in advance of holiday date 400 euro or sterling damage deposit to be given in cash to the villa manager on arrival which will be returned prior to departure subject to no major breakages beyond normal wear and tear.

Outstanding Villa

A fabulous week spent at the villa from morning swim in the spotless private pool to the relaxing hot tub overlooking the rooftops in the evening. So much within walking distance, the beach, fabulous variety of restaurants and my favourite cake shop is a must to visit ! Perfect Family Villa
By Kelly Malorey on 04-Sep-2024This wonderful villa slept seven of us very comfortably (with one bedroom, and even extra beds within the rooms we stayed in, left unused). The villa had everything we needed as a family, and the location was perfect for a short walk to the beach and old town and less than a five minute walk to the closest supermarket. The villa was clean and included all amenities. The games room, swimming pool and hot tub made it extra hard for our kids to want to leave. The owner also booked our airport transfers from Faro making the trip seamless. Would love to stay again
Fabulous stay in luxury villa

The location was ideal – just a short walk to Fisherman’s beach and restaurants, yet secluded enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed, including a stunning private pool that we absolutely loved. To top it all off was the roof top Jacuzzi. AMAZING!! The host was extremely helpful, providing local recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this villa and will definitely be booking again for future stays. We can't wait to come back! Thank you again Tommy for having us!

Wonderful Holiday
