The outside area consists of a terrace overlooking the driving range with spectacular views and a table and chairs for outside dining and a large terrace to the side with sun loungers. Both areas have an awning that help provide shade when needed. .There is also a new stone BBQ which was added in 2025.

The property is close to the golf clubhouse and overlooks the driving range. Balaia Golf Village is a well maintained holiday and golf complex with 6 swimming pools, the nearest pool being only 150 metres away which also benefits from a children’s pool. There are 2 restaurants at the complex including the golf club house along with a bar and snack bar at one of the pools. The complex also prides itself on its nine hole par 3 golf course and its practise facilities.

There are a number of restaurants within a short walk and the town of Olhos D'Agua is nearby, as is the local supermarket, the local beach is also within walking distance. Villamoura and Albufeira and many spectacular beaches can easily be accessed by car. The village and the apartment is in a beautiful setting with all the facilities you would require for a fantastic holiday.
