Description
Cerro Mar Colina is one of Albufeira's most prestigious establishments, offering peace and tranquillity along with all of the conveniences you could wish for including fabulous outdoor pool with swim-up bar. There are also a range of high standard facilities offered at the Cerro Mar Hotel opposite, including a state of the art gymnasium, indoor heated swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms, a tennis and squash court, all available for a small extra charge.Within the complex you will also find the elegant Monte Verde Restaurant, offering fine dining. Or maybe you would prefer to relax in the more casual roof top bar, offering stunning panoramic sea views.
These facilities are provided by the Cerro Mar Hotel which is part of the Cerro Mar complex. Guests staying in Cerro Mar Colina apartments may use them for a small extra charge, subject to availability. Please note that these facilities can be withdrawn or closed down by Cerro Mar Hotel without prior notice, especially during Winter months, and we cannot be held responsible if at any time they are not available for our guests to use. Please note that the swimming pool and swim-up bar are not open for use during winter months and therefore there may not be sunloungers at the poolside during that period.
PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is in a peaceful closed condominium with several older generation occupants. We therefore do not accept any hen parties, stag parties groups of friends under the age of 25.

This fantastic, spacious one bedroom apartment is available to rent twelve months of the year, and is the perfect base for your holiday in the beautiful Algarve.
Situated on the 3rd floor and served by a lift or stairs, the expertly designed living space consists of a lounge, dining area with double sofa bed offering enough space for the children or guests, and fully fitted kitchen and bathroom of the highest standards.
WI-FI is included in the rental price.
Car hire is not essential. We can arrange airport transfers for those wishing to take a break from driving, you will find absolutely everything you need for your perfect holiday within easy walking distance of the apartment.
Our friendly English and Portuguese speaking staff are on hand to assist you when necessary and recommend places to visit.
As a small family business we look after a few apartments in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the apartment before your arrival. We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the apartment.
Baby cot and high chair can be provided by prior arrangement for a small charge.
Our mobile phone number is available 24 hours a day during your stay for emergency calls.

Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 10am.
A 25% or £250 / 300€ (whichever is greater) deposit is required at time of booking. The final balance plus a returnable breakage deposit of £250 / 300€ is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

It's a steep hill and 101 steps down (or up!) to and from the old town but only about 4e in a taxi if you need it. Pool was lovely although busy at weekends with people "reserving" sunbeds which is a little frustrating.Overall we had a wonderful stay.
Fabulous clean apartment

Spotless and well maintained

Lovely pool with swim up bar with options to use other pools in the complex, the main Cerro Mar Garden is impressive with all sorts going on. The hill was a bit of a struggle and the only bit that didn't score 5 stars but not many places in the old town with impressive pools & surroundings.

A stand out in Albufeira

The grounds of our apartment were beautiful, two swimming pools, tropical gardens and palm trees. We found the location and apartment to give us all we could hope for. Our proximity to Albufeira’s Old Town, to two supermarkets and the Mercado Municipale, gave us more than enough choices for meals during our stay. Sitting by the pool, or on one of our balconies, we could feel our pulse slow down. A great place to unplug and breathe
