These facilities are provided by the Cerro Mar Hotel which is part of the Cerro Mar complex. Guests staying in Cerro Mar Colina apartments may use them for a small extra charge, subject to availability. Please note that these facilities can be withdrawn or closed down by Cerro Mar Hotel without prior notice, especially during Winter months, and we cannot be held responsible if at any time they are not available for our guests to use. Please note that the swimming pool and swim-up bar are not open for use during winter months and therefore there may not be sunloungers at the poolside during that period.
PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is in a peaceful closed condominium with several older generation occupants. We therefore do not accept any hen parties, stag parties or same-sex groups under the age of 45.

Situated on the 3rd floor and served by a lift or stairs, the expertly designed living space consists of a lounge, dining area with double sofa bed offering enough space for the children or guests, and fully fitted kitchen and bathroom of the highest standards.
AIR CONDITIONING AND WI-FI ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
Car hire is not essential. We can arrange airport transfers for those wishing to take a break from driving, you will find absolutely everything you need for your perfect holiday within easy walking distance of the apartment.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service - There is a twice weekly maid service. Linen and bath towels are included in rental costs. Bed linen is changed once a week and towels are changed twice a week when the apartment is cleaned.
Our friendly English and Portuguese speaking staff are on hand to assist you when necessary and recommend places to visit.
As a small family business we look after a few apartments in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the apartment before your arrival. We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the apartment.
Baby cot and high chair can be provided by prior arrangement for a small charge.
We provide a maid service twice a week in summer and once a week in winter , this is included in the rental cost.

Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 10am.
A 25% or £250 / 300€ (whichever is greater) deposit is required at time of booking. The final balance plus a returnable breakage deposit of £250 / 300€ is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
