Description
Luxury detached villa, fully equipped and decorated to a high standard. Garden, private pool, BBQ area. Internally, there is a living / dining room with fireplace equipped with large 42 ""plasma TV, satellite TV, DVD and mp3 player with surround sound system, hi-fi. Direct access by sliding doors leading to the garden and pool. The property includes a fantastic fully equipped kitchen. 4 bedrooms, 1 en suite. Bath towels are included.We suggest to bring your own Beach towels.
All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Outside is equipped with modern furniture, with tables, chairs, loungers and sunshades to enjoy and relax during sunbathing and meals throughout the day and night. Ideally located in the central area of the resort in Albufeira, in a quiet area, yet 5 minutes walk from the centre of the famous ""Strip"" with numerous bars, restaurants and shops and 10 minutes walk from the famous beaches of Oura and Santa Eulalia. 10 km away from several golf courses.
Cot & high chair are available for free.

Check out 9:30 am.
Check in after 22:00 PM has an extra charge of 30€.
NOTES!
YOUNG GROUPS, parties are not allowed! MININUM GUESTS AGE FROM 23 YEARS OLD.
The city of Albufeira tourist tax of €2.00 per person, per day up to maximum of 7 nights ( all persons over 12 years old ). The amount is payable in cash on arrival and Not included in villa rental.
Booking conditions !
30% deposit by bank transfer will secure the booking. The rest of the balance ( 70% ) payable in cash in euros on arrival.
Damage deposit for family of 400€ by cash is required on arrival. Damage deposit for groups 800€. This deposit will be returned on the departure or by bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy:-
Holidaymakers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid, less 3% handling fee. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.
New Luxury services, we provide:
1. PESONAL AIRPORT TRANSFERS
We can reserve the airport transfers for you for the additional cost. The driver waits for you at the airport and takes directly to the villa.
2. PERSONAL TRAVELER. This service allows the organization of personal excursions throughout the Algarve to discover the most beautiful beaches, islands, historical places, typical restaurants and more. Guide + transfer are included in the price of our packages.

Lovely Villa - Great Location
By Mark Brown on 22-Jun-2025This is the 6th time I stayed at this lovely villa situated just off the top of the strip. Clean and Tidy. Well stocked with kitchen utensils. Very convenient for the Aldi Store which is a 2 minute walk up the road. Lovely pool with plenty of sunbeams. Slight problem with the Air Conditioning was our only issue, making noises in the night and sometime not working properly in the villa.

Fantastic Villa
By Adam Pike on 30-Jun-2025Everything with this villa was great. Location - Close to all restaurants, bars and supermarket. Very spacious even with the full quota of 8 people. We used the bbq area and pool area for most of our stay. Rooms inside were just as good and could be kept cooler and darker for quiet time when sleep or cooling down was needed. Will be using again.

Lovely Villa in great location
By S Wilson on 25-Jul-2024This is the second time staying in this Villa, the villa is in close proximity to the ‘strip’ and a large Aldi store which was very convenient. The villa is well equipped, clean with a lovely pool and outdoor eating area there were enough sun beds for the 8 of us. The only downside is that neighbouring villas seem to rent their villas to large groups of boys who we found quite loud and heard them coming home most mornings. Obviously not the fault of the villa though and nothing a pair of earplugs wouldn’t solve.
