Description

Villa Quintus Court is a luxury 5 bedroom villa in the area of Gale beach near to Albufeira. A beautifully designed detached villa very close to the sea and enjoying lovely ocean views. The golden sandy beach of Coelha is just a 5 minute walk.

There is a good selection of local restaurants to walk to (the renowned O Marinheiro restaurant is just 300m from your door) and there is a mini market within 200 metres. The bustling resort of Albufeira, with it´s abundance of bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife is just a 5 minutes drive away.

This marvellous fully air conditioned detached villa is beautifully furnished, spacious and airy inside and features a large sitting room with 40" LCD satellite television, DVD player, wood burning stove with patio doors out to the garden. There is light, fresh dining area with feature terracotta ceiling and a stylish dining table and chairs. There is another sitting room with patio doors opening onto a shaded dining terrace, a further sitting area with television leads to the swimming pool and garden. The large, modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. On the ground floor there are three twin bedrooms, one with ensuite full bathroom, one with ensuite shower room, and one separate shower room.

On the first floor there are two large, air-conditioned twin bedroom suites, with full ensuite bathrooms and a door to a private sun terrace.

The garden is beautifully landscaped with manicured lawned gardens surrounding the villa and palm trees. There is a very large 11x5m swimming pool (which can be heated at extra charge), outdoor shower and a large terrace with built-in barbecue for al-fresco dining and relaxing with a bottle of the local vinho verde. The villa is completely enclosed with hedges and private gates and has a carport at the side.

Perfect location to enjoy the delights of the local beaches and restaurants in the area and very near to all local amenities. Strongly recommended. If you´re looking for a holiday villa in the Gale beach area to rent, Villa Quintus Court would be a great choice.

Resort Details
This peaceful and beautiful area, just to the west of Albufeira, is an ideal location to spend your holiday. Within this area are some wonderful beaches, from intimate coves to the wide expanse of Praia da Gale and most have their own beach side restaurants. These lovely beach resorts have a good selection of ´inexpensive´ local restaurants and bars, excellent golf course at Salgados, Gale and within easy distance of the lively resort of Albufeira.

We had a really lovely time thank you and your place is just so beautiful, perfect for our family with its different entertaining areas too. The location is perfect also, far enough away from the town for us oldies but close enough for our children who are in their twenties and one a teenager, they loved it! We are a clean and tidy family, so it should have been easy for your lovely cleaners to sort the Villa after we left . We would definitely like to book again. What availability do you have for next summer? Maybe 26/27 May - 3/4 June or any week from 21st July to end of August.

A fabulous family friendly villa

We have just returned from a week at this beautiful villa. 6 adults and 4 children under 4. It had everything you could wish for and more. Loads of space both inside and out. We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was well worth it, the children spent hours in and out of the pool. The only downside is that the location is a little far out from supermarkets and restaurants. We used taxis to go to a large supermarket which cost us about £5. The property could do with an information folder to give people information about the local area. It was only by chance that we found the beautiful local beach. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

The pool and and garden area was stunning, and private, and we could not have hoped for better. It really was just perfect!
