Casa Felicidade a lovely 3 bedroom attached villa with its own private pool and excellent sea views from all levels. It sleeps 6 adults and 1 infant. Located in a quiet area in the old town, yet just 5 minute walk from the beach and a 10 minute walk to the square in the Old Town and Bar Street. It is also within a 15 minute walk from the Marina. Within 200 metres of a well stocked Intermarche supermarket, coffee shop and Bar. There are various Bars, Cafés and Restaurants within close proximity. There is a Bus stop 100 metres from property which is served by the Giro Red Bus 1 and 2 that loops around the town and the blue tourist train.

On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining area and a shower room. The living room has a flat screen TV and DVD player. English TV (BBC,ITV, CH4 etc is available via IPTV). The is also about 80 books available to read. There is a an outdoor barbecue adjacent to the kitchen door. A small outside utility room has a washing machine, a second fridge/ freezer and Gas water heater.

The Pool area has a table, chairs, parasol, 6 sun loungers and an awning. It faces South, so gets an abundance of Sun.

On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms ( 2 with sea views) all with air conditioning.
All bedrooms have build in wardrobes one of which contains a safe for your valuables and a full size timber Cot and High Chair is available free of charge.

A full size bathroom with shower is also located on this level. There is a double room and a twin room both with balconies overlooking the pool with sea views. There is another double room with a small annex for a cot ( The cot can also be easily moved into the bedroom if necessary).

No smoking.
No pets
No reservations accepted where all the group members under 30 years old.

Passport details are required for all guests prior to occupation, they now have to be entered by the owner in the SEF (Portuguese immigration database)
Saturday is the preferred changeover day.

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance ( plus a refundable security bond of £200) is due 8 weeks before your arrival date in the case of a one week booking and 10 weeks if it is a two week booking.
