This spacious four bedroomed detached villa stands in beautiful gardens with a 10 metre pool and benefits from a sea view.
The property is accessed by a private drive and has electronic gates ensuring security and seclusion.
The Villa sleeps 8. There are four bedrooms, 2 double and 2 single rooms, 2 with en-suite. Separate bathroom and separate downstairs WC. A fully equipped kitchen. Lounge with TV, Dvd player, Internet TV and Audio Speakers for devices. Ample Parking for up to 4 cars.
The Villa is fully alarmed. There is a coded safe for the storage of valuables.
A travel cot is available on request at no extra cost A high chair is also available.
FREE WIFI
Situated at the rear of the property is a private 10 metre swimming pool. Surrounding the pool is a large patio with numerous sun loungers and patio furniture. There is an outside shower, rotary clothes airer and BBQ for your convenience. There is a further patio to the side of the property and a very large balcony on the first floor with extensive views down to the sea and Olhos D'Agua. The landscaped Garden is laid mainly to gravel and is well stocked with exotic plants, shrubs and trees. The property boundary has mature hedging providing both privacy and security.
The villa is situated in a quiet location with easy access by car to Olhos D'Agua and Albufeira. Car Hire is strongly recommended although Uber now operate an excellent service in the area.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bathroom towels and bedlinen are included. The property will be cleaned twice weekly and linen changed weekly. Beach and Pool towels not included.
Coast/Beach:
The many gorgeous beaches of the Algarve are close by, the nearest being Olhos de Agua and the beautiful Maria Luisa Beach which are about 5 minutes by car. The coastline of the Algarve offers numerous beautiful beaches and coves to explore.
Faro is the nearest airport and is approximately 40 minutes drive away.
The Village of Olhos de Agua is approximately 5 minutes by car.
Albufiera Town is approximately 10 minutes by car.
Villamoura Marina is approximately 15-20 minutes by car.
The villa is situated in the area of Branquiera. It benefits from a small supermarket, a couple of bars and a restaurant within a 500m walk.
The traditional fishing village of Olhos de Agua offers numerous bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, coffee shops and beautiful beaches. There are several banks and cash point machines. As well as pharmacies, doctors and access to Taxis and the local bus service.
Refundable Damage/Key Deposit £200
Change over day - flexible.
The property will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.
However, we will try to be flexible on this depending on other bookings.
25% of the rental is payable at the time of Booking. The balance, together with the refundable Security/Key deposit of £200 to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Payment by Bank transfer or personal cheque. ALL PAYMENTS ARE PROTECTED BY SIMPLY OWNERS PAYMENT PROTECTION POLICY.

Prices are per week in UK pounds. Payments/Refunds in Pounds Sterling ONLY.

Lovely Villa
By Charlie McCourt on 16-Apr-2022Lovely Villa, well laid out and suited our needs perfectly. Pool was great for the two families. Excellent facilities. Not too far from Albuferia Old Town. Urber operate within the area and cheap to go from Villa into old town or shops. Good communication with the hosts throughout. Overall a great Villa and recommend for a holiday home in the Algarve.
Summer Holiday

Has a huge garden with swimming pool which was the highlight for us but the interior doesn’t disappoint either, Spacious, clean and well equipped it was the perfect villa for our stay. Location is good with it being quiet enough to relax and have your own privacy but only a short taxi journey away to bars and restaurants in nearby Vilamoura and Albufeira. Ideally rent a car for daytime journeys to the supermarket or day trips. 5/5 review, thank you so much!
Perfect family villa
By Tim Motley on 28-Jul-2019Perfect for our 2 week holiday. The villa was more than large enough to accomadate 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 child. The bedrooms are spacious, 2 of which are ensuite. The main bedroom has access to a large balcony/terrace with sea view. The large kitchen has everything required including a dishwasher, washing machine and an American style fridge which was great for chilling our drinks. A large lounge room has access to a terrace facing south and access to the pool area. The pool is the main highlight of the villa, its large enough to have a good swim and suitable for all ages and abilities. There are more than enough sun loungers and seats available along with an outside dining table and chairs. The gardens surrounding the pool and villa are maintained to high standard. Located in a quiet area, the villa is accessed down a long drive off a small road. Although we enjoyed a few walks into Olhos De Agua I would recommend hiring a car. We also benefitted from using a local taxi company when we went into Albufeira or Olhos de Agua for nights out. This villa was perfect for our holiday and is somewhere we would return to in the future.
