The Villa Hibernia is on a large, private plot with private entry gates, carport and mature gardens surrounding the house and secure gates. This fully air-conditioned house has been designed to maximise the light and space.
It was fully renovated in 2017 and features a spectacular modern new kitchen complete with island, two new fully en-suite bedrooms, and a spacious dining area. There is also a sitting room and fully furnished large outdoor terrace/patio with dining table and seats for 10 guests.
Villa Comprises:
Ground floor - Entrance hall, 2 twin bedrooms with full ensuites, 1 queen double bedroom with full ensuite. Two bedrooms offer patio doors with access opening out to the garden.
Sitting room complete with sofas and 40" widescreen TV/DVD system, fireplace. Brand new kitchen/dining area with floor to ceiling glass offering spectacular sea views. Sliding doors out to the terrace and pool area.
First floor - 1 master bedroom with king sized bed with full ensuite and south-east facing balcony/terrace with spectacular sea views, 1 twin bedroom with full ensuite leading to a large south/south-west facing terrace featuring incredible panoramic sea views.
This fully air-conditioned home has been specifically designed in order to maximise light and space. The large fitted kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer & dishwasher, and features an oven/grill & induction hob on the modern island.
The dining room and patio area overlook the large heated swimming pool (10mx5m), which can be heated for a small charge.
The built-in barbecue area is located conveniently near the pool, next to the sprawling grass lawns which are perfect for sunbathing.

Resort Details
This peaceful and beautiful area, just to the west of Albufeira, is an ideal location to spend your holiday. Within this area are some wonderful beaches, from intimate coves to the wide expanse of Praia da Gale and most have their own beach side restaurants. These lovely beach resorts have a good selection of ´inexpensive´ local restaurants and bars, excellent golf course at Salgados, Gale and within easy distance of the lively resort of Albufeira.

Fantastic villa, excellently maintained
By Sue on 07-Jul-2022Left on Jul 3, 2022 for a stay in Jun 2022 We booked to stay here via Ocean Villas initially for June 2020 and had to postpone for 2 years due to Covid. Caroline at Ocean Villas was really great letting us move our booking forward both times. Eventually we got here this year and it was worth the wait! We are a group of ''mature'' ladies who have holidayed together for more than 10 years in Spain, Portugal & Lanzarote and this is the best villa we''ve ever stayed in. Each of the 5 bedrooms was really nice and all had their own bathrooms. There were even lovely toiletries provided too. Everywhere was spotless and very well maintained. Beautiful large kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of sunbeds and space in the garden and round the pool. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance - especially Dom Dinis, and at Seasons Restaurant Sports bar they have Karaoke night and a couple of nights with tribute entertainers. The hotel Baia Grand is practically next door and you can walk there and get the receptionist to call a taxi for you - this was a great help as a landmark as well whenever we were taxiing home from the Old Town (10 minutes away) At the bottom of the road you can get through to the cliff top coastal walk which is beautiful - a bit rugged and rocky but worth the effort. The gentleman who met us to show us round the villa was really helpful and gave us his number so we could whatsapp him with any questions. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a mid week clean where beds & towels were changed and floors etc cleaned - this was very thorough and again the ladies were very friendly. We did a big shop by taxi when we arrived and then topped up when we were out and about - there isn''t really a decent supermarket within walking distance but there''s a Spar 1.5km away so we sometimes walked there and then taxied back. I would highly recommend this villa.
