Centrally located, this is a lovely 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi-detached villa with private pool and games room and air-conditioning in the living room. It has 3 floors. Ground floor: open-plan living space, 1 double bedroom en-suite with full bathroom and a seperate shower room. The middle floor has 3 more bedrooms - a very large double bedroom en-suite with a full bathroom, a twin sharing another full bathroom with another bedroom containing 3 single beds. All have built-in wardrobes. The lower floor provides a large open-plan kitchen/lounge and games room, leading out to the B.B.Q and beautiful, spacious pool area. The property is located in a quiet area on a no-through road, yet mins walk from everything you need. Supermarket, 250m from the villa. Albufeiras fresh fruit and fish market where you also have cafés and a bakery for daily freshly baked bread and cakes-only about 150m away. Central bus station that takes you to all parts of Portugal and Spain is only 50m from the villa. Down town Albufeira is approx 500m, only a 10 min stroll. You will be a walk away from all the lively action of Albufeira and banks, shops, restaurants etc, yet in a calm neighbourhood. No need to spend extra on car hire. You will have everything you need within walking distance, although there is car parking inside and outside the premises, if you do hire a car.
Saturday arrivals only, in high season: June, July, August, September . Arrival, any day in low season: March, April, May, October, November.
Min stay of 7 nights for all guests in March, April, May, June, July, August, September.
Min stay of 4 nights for all guests in October, November.
No midweek cleaning. Cleaning only for guests staying 14 nights. Smoking only outside please.
We do not accept young groups due to villa location in a quiet residential area, preferably families.
This villa sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably, 9 on beds and 1 on a fold out bed. Prices stated are for up to 8 guests. There is an additional 20 euros per night/per extra guest.
