Description

Centrally located and spacious throughout, this magnificent villa is a 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom, detached villa of exceptional quality. It has a 140sq. metre games room which leads directly out to the pool, B.b.q and garden plus free internet access as well as air-conditioning/reverse hot & cold in all bedrooms and lounge/dining area.

Well maintained front and back gardens with automatic gates and space for 2-3 cars within villa grounds. Private pool with shaded BBQ, table & chairs & another shaded area with a large granite table and ample seating. Spacious patios for sunbeds and a lawned area. This property boasts 6 large bedrooms, 4 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor. On the groundfloor there is also a spacious well equiped kitchen with a breakfast table plus another large table for 12 in the dining area which is open-plan with the comfortable living area. From here, wide sliding doors lead to a balcony overlooking the generous pool and garden. The colourful games room is on the lower level, same level as the pool and will give you hours of enjoyment with family and friends. Within walking distance to all amenities, including Albufeira Fisherman beach and Old & New Town with its night life, bars, rest, and traditional commerce. Supermarket on the same street.(3 min walk). Central bus station that takes you to all parts of Portugal and Spain is a 4 min walk, Albufeira's fresh fruit/vegetable and fish market and the 24 hour health centre are only 3-5 mins walk from the villa. Albufeira marina and golf are also close by.

Mr. Vaz the owner keeps the villa in tip top condition and is on hand straight away for any help required or any problems that may prop up. Anabela manages the bookings and is also readily available for any queries and will look after guests during their stay.

Perfect family villa

Really enjoyed our stay at Villa Vaz. Great location, really convenient for the supermarkets. Pool area was really nice and the games room was a hit with the kids. Old town was about a 15 minute walk but we used the Uber app for taxis, very convenient. Pool area was cleaned every day before we were up. All in all a lovely holiday. Thank you.

The most amazing villa !

We stayed here as a large family group in aug 23 . We have stayed in villas before , but nothing compared to this one . It was very spacious and had everything you need . We did not spend much time inside the villa though as the outside area is something else . The grounds are very well kept by Mr Vaz himself . The BBQ area and outside seating area are perfect for lazy evening bbqs . Plenty of chairs and sun beds for all . There is a supermarket a five min walk from villa . Taxis to the main town were 5€ . Every member of our family loved the villa and we had a great week and would not hesitate to go back .

Just returned from a family holiday and had a great time. Every facility you need and more, also spotlessly clean with loads of towels etc. Mr Vaz, Anabela and the team should be proud of the experience they offer. Already recommended to friends and we will be returning.
