Villa is situated close to Salgados golf courses ( 10 minutes drive), water parks Slide&Splash, Aquashow ( 25 minutes drive) Albufeira Marina ( 5 minutes drive), Zoomarine (10 minutes drive), Algarve Shopping ( 10 minute drive), 10 minutes walk from the Old Town of Albufeira with great bars, restaurants, nightlife and golden beaches.
We can organise the private airport transfer if required! Also Local taxi, Uber and Tuk-Tuk services are available!

Villa is a 4 bedroom villa ( all bedrooms en-suite ). Fully equipped kitchen and spacious living / dining room ( over 30m2 ) with satellite TV, CD/DVD, safe and patio doors leading to terrace with swimming pool and BBQ where you can spend unforgettable summer evenings outside with bottle of wine and delicious food.
WI-FI available free of charge.
Parking is available.
Booking notes:
- 20% deposit required when making a reservation. Balance ( 80% ) is payable 8 weeks before arrival by bank transfer.
It’s also possible to pay 30% deposit and balance ( 70% ) in cash in euros on arrival. Please let us know if you prefer this payment option.
Damage deposit 400€ payable by cash on arrival. This deposit will be returned on the departure or by bank transfer.
Cancellation policy: ask the manager for all details.
Cancellation Policy:-
Holidaymakers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid, less 3% handling fee. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.
Albufeira Old Town 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car ( taxi price around 5 euros each way).
Albufeira New Town 7 minutes by car.
Check in 16 pm. Check out 10 am.
The city of Albufeira tourist tax of €2.00 per person, per day up to maximum of 7 nights ( all persons over 12 years old ). The amount is payable in cash on arrival and Not included in villa rental.

We can reserve the airport transfers for you for the additional cost. The driver waits for you at the airport and takes directly to the villa.
2. PERSONAL TRAVELER. This service allows the organization of personal excursions throughout the Algarve to discover the most beautiful beaches, islands, historical places, typical restaurants and more. Guide + transfer are included in the price of our packages.

By Tracy Gardner on 01-Jun-2025We stayed here from the 1st June 2025 for 2 weeks. There were 5 adults and 2 children and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The villa was very clean and within walking distance of everything that we needed. The outside space was such a big hit with the children, in and out of the pool. The villa had everything that you could possibly need and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Amazing villa
By Jemma on 27-Jul-2024The villa is so much nicer in person than it comes across in photos. The pool is a great size. The place is super modern and spacious. There were 8 adults staying and it never felt cramped. The only downside is how awful the pillows are. And the towels are really rough. Everything else was perfect. Lidl literally 5 mins away and only €5 to the old down or around a 15 min walk - we didn’t walk back as there’s quite the hill. Communication was great too.

Beautiful Villa
By Joyce Wason on 09-Jul-2024We loved everything about this villa. Family of 6 adults, 2 teenage girls and a 9 year old and plenty of space for everyone. Villa was spotless and so well equipped, and the location near supermarkets, restaurants etc was fab. I can’t fault anything about the villa and will definitely book again.

Fab place to stay
By Janice on 07-Oct-2023This is a fabulous villa, easy access to supermarkets, main bus station and easy walk to old town. Couple of cafes a few minutes walk away. Villa well equipped. All bedrooms en suite. We will be back.
A Fabulous Short Stay
By Henry on 13-Sep-2023We loved this spacious villa. It was everything that we expected and more. Very clean and tidy with fresh bathroom towels. Coffee machine, ice maker, washing machine, airer. Air con in every room and shutters on the windows which made a dark and quiet sleep. The walk to the bars in the Old Town was about a 20 minute walk for us. It was cheap to get an Uber wherever you needed to go though. Nelson was very welcoming and easy to contact....we even did a Sunset tour on his Tuk tuk. The pool area was in the sun all day. The only downside was the noise from the road but only around 4pm which must have been their rush hour! Lidl was a 5 minute walk so very handy as there was no welcome pack, so needed all the simple things like teabags and coffee....etc. The villa was within a residential area so very quiet. We'd definitely stay here again.
