Description
An impressive, beautiful, luxury villa with immaculate manicured gardens located in the pretty peaceful village of Vale de eguas.Quinta de eguas, is a two level villa with large private pool and gardens. With many desirable features, fully air conditioned, private gated driveway, large gardens with plenty of space, pool table, ping pong table, mini football net, board games, bean to cup coffee machine, Nutri bullet, Bose speakers, BBQ, Wifi and much more.
A villa that has something for all ages.
Abundance of terraces for taking afternoon tea, gin and tonics to BBQ and candlelit suppers. A array of sun bed's positioned around the pool with towels provided to sit in the sun or under the umbrella.
The villa contains 3 large double bedrooms upstairs leading off an impressive galleried staircase. The Master bedroom has a vispring mattress and bed. All having their own bathroom that include bath and shower. All have Balconies overlooking the rear garden and pool.
On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, sharing one bathroom. One of these bedrooms leads through a patio door directly to a seating area, overlooking the rear gardens and pool. Each bedroom has a hair dryer and mirrored wardrobes, chest of drawers for all your holiday clothes.
There is also a cloakroom downstairs. Together with a fully equipped country kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher.
A large drawing room with TV with all English channels and vast film library, Nintendo switch, Wii and DVD player, with plenty of comfy sofas to relax, with doors opening onto the terrace overlooking the pool. Just off this is dinning area again with doors to the terrace area.
Approximately 1.5km from Almancil. 10 minutes by car to Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. 15 minutes by car to Vilamoura. 15 minutes to Loule. Only 15 minutes walk to Apolonia Supermarket selling fresh fish, bread and meat perfect for alfresco dining. Beautiful restaurants and coffee bars within a few minutes walk.
Suitable for large parties and families, cots, high chairs and guards available for our younger guests.
Aqua parks, theme parks, golf, horse riding, karting, shopping centres, beaches all a 10-15 minutes car drive away. Beautiful restaurants on the wonderful Algarve long sandy beaches and terracotta cliffs, many with live music, to sit and watch the most amazing sunsets.

Fabulous family holiday
By Louise on 26-Jul-2021Just returned from 10 nights at this wonderful villa. It has a very large pool and is surrounded by beautiful gardens. It is very secluded and enjoys sunshine all day. We didn't use all the bedrooms as we were only a family of four, the bedrooms all have a private bathroom and brilliant air conditioning so its comfy to sleep no matter how warm outside. The addition of blackout shutters really help too. The downstairs of the property is very spacious with lovely big kitchen and airy lounge (which we didn't even use as we were outside every day).It benefits from having a games area with Ping Pong, Pool Table, football goals and giant connect four, so there was plenty to keep the kids occupied during the day and evening. No expense has been spared on the outdoor furniture with the most amazing sun loungers, lots of dining spaces and a chillout area where we spent some evenings with wine and music while the kids played. All the appliances in the house are very high end and everything that was needed was available in the kitchen, including a coffee machine for your "starbucks" experience in the mornings. I would definitely recommend this villa to families or larger groups, its in a fantastic location with supermarkets close by, easy access to some fantastic beaches and so many great restaurants no more than 10 mins away by car. John was a very responsive host, available for any questions before and during our stay. We would love to return to Portugal again and wouldn't hesitate to stay at this fabulous property.

John was a superbly helpful owner and has thought about everything a visitor might appreciate while staying. We highly recommend this villa, thanks!
Amazing villa
By Frank J. on 09-Jul-2019We came as a group of 8, the villa was absolutely perfect. High spec, all bedrooms had en suite and speakers, the pool was impeccable. Short taxi to supermarket and albufeira. John was also contactable and very helpful l. We would love to come back, I couldnt recommend it more
