Description
This stunning three-bedroom villa offers a perfect blend of comfort and style. Each of the spacious double bedrooms features air conditioning, ensuite bathrooms, and ample wardrobe space. The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, a large private terrace with sun loungers, and steps leading directly to the pool. The second bedroom, with a king-size bed, opens onto the pool area, while the third bedroom, furnished with twin beds, is located at the front of the villa. (Travel cot and bedding also available)The living room is expansive and elegantly furnished, providing a welcoming space to relax. A wall-mounted Smart TV offers internet channels. High-speed, unlimited Fibre Optic WiFi is also available. Two sets of patio doors lead out to the terrace and pool area, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living. The lounge flows into the open-plan dining room, which seats six and also has patio doors opening onto the pool and BBQ area.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A separate utility room houses a washing machine for added convenience.
A charming mix of traditional and modern Portuguese styles, the villa features authentic Santa Catarina floor tiles, curved walls, and high ceilings that enhance its character. The outdoor space continues this theme, with generous terraces, a covered alfresco dining area, a BBQ, and a beautifully designed kidney-shaped pool (approximately 10 x 5 meters). Additional terraces offer quiet retreats for relaxation. The villa is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and security, with landscaped gardens and a gated driveway accommodating up to three cars.
Situated on the outskirts of Carvoeiro, the villa enjoys breathtaking views of the Monchique mountains and surrounding countryside. A short five-minute drive takes you to the vibrant centres of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo, where you’ll find an array of bars, restaurants, and shops.

Very nice and spacious home
By Maria on 08-Jul-2025Tessa welcomed us and gave us an introduction to the home. Very nice and spacious home. Beautiful outdoor areas, terrace, pool, garden. Located in a quiet area, with a small supermarket and a few restaurants within walking distance. It is easy to get around by car and close to many beautiful areas and towns. I would definitely recommend this place. Tessa tog imod os og gav os introduktion til boligen. Meget flot og rumlig bolig. Flotte udendørs områder, terrasse, pool, have. Ligger i et roligt område, med et lille supermarked og et par restauranter i gåafstand. Det er let at komme omkring i bil og tæt på mange smukke områder og byer. Vil helt klart anbefale denne bolig .
Faultless from start to finish
By Lawrence on 20-Jun-2025Faultless from start to finish, superb roomy villa, beautiful gardens, wonderful views, great pool. spotlessly clean. Tessa and Dean were great, there to greet us at check in and take us round.. The only thing we could think of (and we had to think….) was to add salt and pepper to the kitchen equipment . We would book again in a heartbeat. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!
Lovely villa
By Lauren on 24-Aug-2024We spent a week at Casa Gemeas and loved it. Villa had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. A couple of restaurants were walkable and the centre of Carvoeiro was a short Uber ride away. Communication from Tessa was first class, thank you!
A fabulous villa in a private setting
By Simon Toyne on 25-Jul-2024The detsched villa is beautifully situated at the top of a quiet and well kempt residential road but as the end and corner house it feels very private and secluded and is entirely undercooked. It is really generously appointed with three ensure double bedrooms and a wonderful roof terrace area looking out panoramically to the surrounding countryside. The hosts Dean and Tessa are super friendly and helpful and came and gave a personal welcome and were on hand and responsive to enquiries but also gave complete autonomy to our stay. The pool and garden area surrounding the house were perfect for us as a family of 4 and we were able to have friends over for an evening BBQ which the villa has a good BQ set up to provide as well as outside steps to the roof terrace. We would highly recommend this property and commend the hosts on getting everything spot on.

The Villa was beautiful with wonderful views and plenty of outside furniture including a bbq which we used a lot. Tessa communicated well and welcomed us when we arrived explaining where everything was. Highly recommended.
