Furnished to the highest standards and all set within lush gardens of palm trees, birds of paradise and the sweet scent of the orange grove.Sleeping 12 -16 spread throughout spectacular bedroom suites, 2 poolside rooms and private 2 bedroom garden lodge, your fully staffed private villa in Almancil is true paradise.
The spectacular heated infinity pool and Jacuzzi spa with pool side cabana breeze house are a complete show stopper. Casa Cazan is ready to entertain, with astro tennis court and inbuilt goals, boule court under the palm trees, all-weather putting green, table tennis, garden games and a sensational outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ, bread-oven and beer tap. Sat within the expansive grounds of Casa Cazan, the Japanese garden with waterfall and carp lake is a haven of tranquillity.
Check-in is; minimum 7 nights in school holidays.
Off Season check-in ; 7 Night stays & 3 night Weekend.
Fridays, 4 night Mid week stays -Mondays.
The 2 bedroom Pool Suite
With views of the infinity pool, level access straight from the pool and gardens, the Pool suite is 2 bedrooms with super king or twin bedroom layout, stunning lighting and TV and they each have their own entrance. The Pool house has a lovely white bathroom with separate shower and bath.
Open the glass doors of your Pool suite and walk straight out to the outdoor garden kitchen with dinning table, perfect for a poolside breakfast!
The Garden lodge
The Garden Lodge sits across from the golf putting green and works so well with the house. It has a large pretty kitchen and family room with doors opening out onto the terrace.
Two spacious bedrooms, one as a superking/twin and the other a double dressed in beautiful linens with a family shower room for both bedrooms. The Garden lodge has air-con in each room bedroom and the living room, perfect to keep cool in the warmer months.
The Garden Lodge also known as the Cazanary enjoys WiFi and TV with freeview channels, a truly charming lodge. The Cazanary enjoys privacy with its own driveway and pretty lawned garden.
Casa Cazan welcomes you to a collection of beautiful bedrooms throughout the property. The main villa offers three dreamy bedroom suites furnished by Chalon with sensational beds, dressed in White Company linens with exquisite marble bathrooms.From the sitting room is a spectaculat master bedroom suite with four poster bed and a most impressive stone bathroom with a round stone shower, a raised doubled ended Villeroy & Boch bath guarded by two impressive stone pillars with views out across the gardens and palm trees.
The Master suite has a small private sun terrace with loungers. The guest bedroom suite is furnished by Chalon, with a stunning marble bathroom with large round shower and Villeroy and Boch bath, the guest bedroom ajoins a spacious bedroom with four single beds, dressed in White Company linens.
Steps across the garden is the garden lodge for 4 with two beautiful bedrooms and the pool house for 2-3 people with a Superking bedroom suite giving the opportunity for all to enjoy space, perfect when families and couples are sharing!
The heart of Casa Cazan is the stunning Chalon kitchen with an impressive 3 metre long Island with central sink, on the long picture window wall is the main sink, dishwasher and cupboards and the Casa Cazan Emma Bridgwater teapot!
Either side of the island unit is a large housemaids cupboard with two fridges and opposite is the large Wolf oven and hob. A door leads through into a large utility room with more fridges/deep freeze, clothes washer and tumble dryer. The utility room leads onto a pretty terrace, perfect for an al-fresco breakfast catching the early morning sun, in the peak summer months, enjoy the use of the electric shade that can protect from the high heat when dining!
Casa Cazan offers spectacular entertaining spaces from breakfast on the south terrace to evening entertaining in the vista room. The kitchen adjoins the sitting room with architectural central fireplace and elegant Conran furnishings, TV and small dining table.
Leading from the hall is the “vista” dining room for 14, with a glass curtain wall, draw it back and let the sunshine flood in or closed at night, enjoy the view of the dramatic garden lighting with the palm trees and pool lit up!
The property sits on the top of its land overlooking the sea.
There are wide curved gracious steps down to the luxurious infinity pool area and there you have a large cabana and a shaded garden kitchen that is the outdoor hub.
Cook up a storm in the outdoor kitchen with BBQ and bread-oven with poolside beer tap & dine poolside or enjoy shade within the Cabana breeze house.
Dive into the infinity pool, bubble away in your Jacuzzi spa, laze on a lounger or relax pool side under the cabana breeze house.
For tennis lovers, head to the astro tennis court, the integral goals will delight football fans !
The Algarve is golfers paradise, perfect your putting & chipping & bunker play on your all weather golf zone.
As the sun goes down enjoy, enjoy boule beneath the palm trees, table tennis on the terrace or choose from the wonderful selection of guest garden games on offer.
The pool, beach-entry at one end for toddlers (perfect for Granddad to!) yet deep for dive bombs the other, this pool will get the thumbs up.
Let them happily exhaust themselves, with football, tennis, golf, table tennis, scooters, cricket and archery sets on hand, and then when the day is done, there’s WiFi and Sky to keep connected.

We’ve made a friend there! We plan to return in 2027… we are in America next year so I will be in touch directly with you when we’ve figured out when suits best. By andy on 01-Aug-2025Hi Amy, We had a fabulous time at Casa Cazan and I want to thank you for the opportunity to stay there and enjoy it. It is evidently a place that has provided many happy times for generations of your family over many years and the fact that it exudes that sense made it a lovely place for us to share time with our family, old and new. It also makes for the villa being very well equipped, in every detail, for it to be easily enjoyed. Michelle was lovely, great to interact with and it was useful to have her help and advice at different points in the week. In the end I personally spent so much time playing Tennis, Boules, Chipping and Table tennis, combined with extensive use of the pool and barbecue, that I forgot to test out the loungers, feels like I need another holiday but with two weddings on the horizon that feels like a long way off. Jackie tells me that you and Michael are getting married there in September which I hope is the most fabulous occasion for you all. Its certainly a great place to do it. One final mention for Apolonia, I’ve never seen a supermarket like it, quite exceptional and my frequent trips there were another reason I never saw a lounger. An absolutely wonderful place, and am keen to return in future on a big trip with the family to experience the villa from a less activity packed perspective haha but everybody had an incredible long weekend.
