This villa is a modern 4 plus 1 bedroom property, sleeping up to 10 people. Located in Quinta das Salinas, between the resorts of Vale Do Lobo, Dunas Douradas and Quinta do Lago is ideal situated within a short walk to the Ancão beach and Ria Formosa nature reserve. You’ll also find beach restaurants and bars, water sports activities and golf courses nearby.

On the ground floor you’ll find a large lounge area with a corner bar with two large sliding doors opening towards the pool terrace and outside dining area. The wall TV offers a range of international channels including the popular sport ones.

On the corridor leading to the bedrooms there is a social bathroom.
Two of the bedrooms are located in this floor - one with en-suite bathroom and the other with en-suite shower room. Both rooms are spacious and open out to the pool terrace.

The kitchen and laundry room are also located in the ground floor.

On the first floor, you’ll find the spacious Master Bedroom and another spacious double bedroom both with en-suite shower rooms. There
Is another smaller bedroom (used to be the baby room) suitable for children and very close to the Master bedroom but without a bathroom.

In the pool terrace, you’ll find a seating corner under the pergola and a large dining table. Eight sunbeds and some children toys.

There is a family size BBQ at the back near the sliding door into the kitchen.

The large private pool can be heated for €300 per week.

Property is fully air conditioned and has electric shutters.

The garage is not available for guests to use but there is enough parking space for 2/3 cars inside the gates.
