Village location with large secluded walled garden with fruit trees, containing private pool (heated if required), games room, and parking. 5 mins from sandy beaches, premier golf courses and the full range Michelin star to good value restaurants. 500m from Almancil town. 10 mins from Faro Airport. The property is full of character and has fantastically planned layout central to the pool and garden area, suitable for multi generational families and large parties.Outside bar with 10 stools and lounge area. Large gazebo by pool with seating for approx. 10. 12 loungers. Outdoor dining for 26. BBQ and giant paella burner/ 4 fridges and ice machine. Fully kitted games room/pool table/table tennis/air hockey/cinema projector/playstation and book library/sofa beds and bunk beds. Driveway for several vehicles. Garden with fruit trees, not overlooked/walled garden. sleeps 26 comfortably ( for an occasion but wouldn't recommend full week) 1.Air con/heating included in high peak price, chargeable other times. Pool heating £200.00 per week. prices quoted for up to 20 guests. £150.00 pppw above that. 9th bedroom doubles as playroom with TV and DVD, toys and games. Highchairs and cots (4) FOC.
New Penthouse apartment above (second apartment 8 x 10m) with en-suite bathroom and dressing room with Caesar size bed (8ft wide) and two sofa beds.Exterior balcony overlooking pool area and roof terrace with further sunbeds. Can sleep further 8 guests. Prices listed cover up to 20 guests. £150.00 per week per person above that. Tourist Tax also applies as set by government at the time. By Philip B on 22-Apr-2026We had a family holiday at Church Farmhouse for Easter week, thirteen of us including grand parents, parents and grandchildren with an age range from three to seventyfive. We all had a great time and the pool was a huge success. It was certainly well worth paying the extra to have it heated. Also choosing to have the safety fence put up allowed our smallest ones to run and play in the garden without any worries.The villa was exactly as described and vey comfortable.. All had their own room and there were plenty of quiet spaces for relaxing in the sunshine. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and we could all get around the table for meals. We also made use of the gas barbecue and paella burner. All the beds were comfortable and the showers excellent with super hot water.The villa location was fine for us but you really need a car to get around. It made shopping much easier and we were able to travel from Lagos to Tavira. One favourite was trip to Barril Beach to take the train to see the anchors. That day the Atlantic was flat calm and the beach superb for paddling,digging and collecting shells. The old couple also walked down to visit the church near the villa. .Inside it is amazing and you should really take a look then have a very good coffee in the little cafe nearby.So it was an amazing week, exceedng our expectations, and the whole thing made possible with the brilliant communication and help of Nathalie and Paul.

Villa it self was very well equipt and met all our needs.Because of uber now all the local supermarkets and resorts are a 2 minute call away and cheap to travel. A home away from home

The owner is friendly with great communication and we cant wait to book to go back next year. Villa is positioned really nicely in the Algarve with short short journeys to bigger towns and attractions. Would leave a 10 star review if it would let me.
Amazing amazing and amazing
By Benoit on 01-Apr-2023We spent a week in this amazing home. That’s how it felt. Home. Four families with 7 kids all under 8. The kids loved it. We could not have chosen any better for our first trip to Portugal. Not too far from anything. Enough space for everything. I highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to have a quiet and lovely time.
