This modern townhouse is located in a peaceful residential area, within a short walk to the nearest supermarket and just 10 minutes walk from the nearest beach, bars and restaurants.
The house is spacious and contemporary, with two double bedrooms, a large modern kitchen, and has quality furnishings throughout.
The large stylish living/dining room is furnished to a high standard, with patio doors to the barbecue area and patio, ideal for alfresco dining or lounging in the glorious sunshine. There is UK tv.
Bedroom one on the first floor has patio doors to it's very own private balcony. There is an additional single bed in a recess on the first floor landing, with doors to the private upstairs terrace. There is also a family shower room on the first floor. Bedroom 2 is on the ground floor, to the front of the property, ideally located close to the family shower room, and also has patio doors to the outside. The kitchen is well appointed and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
There is a private car parking space at the front of the house. Car hire is not essential. For those not wishing to drive, we can arrange transfers from Faro airport to the accommodation.
The living room and one bedroom are air conditioned. Use of the air conditioning is available as an optional extra for an additional charge of 75€ per week.
Please note, this house does not have use of a swimming pool.
Bed linens and towels are provided, we also provide beach towels for our guests to use.
Cot and high chair rental is available for a small extra charge.
From November to March inclusive, our advertised weekly rental rate is only available for bookings of a minimum of 28 days. For shorter stays, please contact us for the price.
