Description

Gemini Villa is situated on the outskirts of the village of Alsancak, North Cyprus, and has stunning sea and mountain views.
The bungalow benefits from a 10x5 metre pool with Roman end surrounded by a huge patio area.

Finished to a high standard, Gemini Villa is a real home from home.
The typically Cypriot village of Alsancak, with its many small shops and restaurants, is only a ten minute walk away.

Kyrenia with its picturesque harbour and impressive castle is about 15 minutes away by car.

The villa benefits from a range of facilities to make sure that your stay is both relaxing and enjoyable.

Bedrooms: All bedrooms have ceiling fans in addition to air-conditioning. All have hair dryers.

Bedroom 1: King size bed with en-suite and patio doors leading to the terrace overlooking the pool.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds and dressing table.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds.

Shower rooms/toilets: Two walk in shower rooms with WC and hand basin. (Includes en-suite to bedroom 1)

Open plan living area, which benefits from air conditioning, dining room and kitchen with lounge furniture for six people, dining table, Sony midi system, open fire, Satellite TV and a DVD player.
Patio doors lead onto the terrace overlooking the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a full size cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, juicer, kettle, water cooler, microwave, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
Gemini Villa benefits from a huge patio area surrounding the 10x5 metre illuminated pool.
Six sunbeds and mattresses are available together with a patio table and 6 chairs for alfresco dining.
The views of the sea and mountains are superb due to the bungalows elevated position.
A pergola has been added offering a shaded area for dining or relaxing.

Additional information.
Towels and linen are provided (except beach towels). If staying for 2 weeks or more spare linen and towels will be provided.

There is a safe to store your valuables.

Please note smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

We are happy to arrange airport transfers and/or car hire if required.

Great villa

The villa was one of the best we have stayed in over many years. The pool was exceptional nice and deep for swimming and diving and the grandchildren were delighted. The hand rail into the pool was a god send for us oldies. The contact between Nigel and ourselves was very good and he arranged all the transfers and car hire and was a nice person to deal with. I would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Holiday

We loved staying at this place. It was clean, spacious and ticked all the boxes. Been 13 years since we were back in Cyprus and we are so pleased with our choice of villa. The owners and management company were attentive and responsive and we are already thinking about staying there again for our holiday next year. An absolutely fantastic holiday staying at a fantastic villa!
