Best of both worlds!With our great location you can enjoy busy days and nights in Alvor before returning to the tranquillity of your own detached villa.
A 15 minute easy walk to the centre of Alvor.
400m to a large supermarket, 150m to the nearest restaurant and bar.
We sleep 6 (7 with baby in a cot) in comfort with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 of our bathrooms are en-suites which will give you the benefit of privacy. In contrast the villa has a large open plan space that is ideal for sharing with friends and family.
An illuminated swimming pool is surrounded by terraced gardens. Live the life outside with various seating and dining areas.
Watch the sun set from the top sundowner terrace, an ideal place for an early evening cocktail. Alternatively you can relax on the sofa or dine in our wind protected courtyard. At the end of the night use the front terrace for pool views. Switch the pool lights on, close the fly screens, and put your feet up.
For entertainment we have a full size table tennis table, puzzles, books, board games, cards, T.V's, 55" 40" 22" with UK stations, Netflix, free 200Mbps high speed fibre WiFi, Amazon echo for your tunes and a Bluetooth speaker to steam your music files.

The house is well equipped, spacious, and feels like a home you are sharing, with lots of extras, and needs anticipated. Owner is very helpful and liaises well. Lots of outdoor space on different levels, so you can find sunshine throughout the day. Great place for a stay for a larger group.
A HIDDEN GEM - A WONDERFUL FAMILY STAY
By The McConnell Family on 28-Jun-2025This was our second time staying at this beautiful villa in Alvor in June/July 2025. Our 2 children (23 and 26) accompanied us for 10 days out of our 2 week stay. The villa is very well maintained and has every utility you could need including a brand new barbeque! There are playing cards and numerous games and also a full size table tennis table, bats and balls suitable for the whole family. The furniture and seating in and around the villa are second to none and it is very clear Mark is very committed to ensuring the best customer experience. The mosquito screens around the villa guarantee no unwanted guests arrive in at dawn or dusk! The freshwater pool is cleaned/maintained on a weekly basis as is the various flora. The rooftop terrace provides a lovely view at dusk which is very relaxing along with a glass of wine (or 2). You can walk into Alvor in about 13 mins which is a very nice walk or you can get an Uber for about 4/5 Euros should you wish. The villa is managed by a well known local Management Company and we arrived with the aircon on and Alice on hand to show us around or answer any questions we may have. We would highly recommend this beautiful villa and will absolutely be back soon.
Perfection
By Sarah on 26-Jul-2025We spent two fantastic weeks here from the 26th of July to the 9th of August. We absolutely fell in love with the villa and all it has to offer, so much so that we are already booked in for next July. The villa is so well laid out, with everything you could possibly need for a most memorable holiday. The kitchen was fully equipped and it was fantastic to have a washing machine and dryer, although with the beautiful weather, the dryer remained untouched! The beds were very comfortable and having 3 bathrooms meant no waiting for showers in the evening. The outdoor space and pool was absolutely fantastic. The location is so lovely and peaceful, supermarket was within walking distance with the convenience of Uber if needed to carry back the shopping. Mark the owner and the A22 staff were so helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. Already looking forward to our return!

Absolutely perfect villa and town
By Kathy & Marcus on 22-Jul-2024Just back from a week at this beautiful villa. We cannot praise Mark's place enough. Pics could not do it justice. So spacious, bright, modern, comfortable, stylish. Everything you could ever want. Pool is spotless and private shaded by gorg plants but there were no insects bothering us either and not one bite! Seating and eating areas lovely esp top deck for sunsets and big outdoor couch for chilling in the evening. All lighting very subdued which i love no harsh energy bulbs. Security lights work well when you come in after dark. Feels very secure. Comfy beds and sofa. Loads of towels. Good bathrooms and showers. Spotlessly clean. Keypresses worked well and easy to use. Wine on arrival very welcome 😀. Kitchen lovely and has everything. We just loved it. No wonder its nearly always booked. Alvor perfect too. Supermarket 10 min walk really good. Town 15-20 mins is lovely. Really classy and authentic. Some great bars too so you have somewhere to go after youve ate, unlike some places weve been. Boardwalk was great can easily just walk for miles with a lovely breeze and stop off for food or drink in the dunes. A22 transport were brilliant too. Stored our luggage and dropped us off in town for free before our late flight - friendly drivers.
Alvor Villa

We had wedding in Monchique during our stay, and the level of accommodation and facilities meant a stress free element of our holiday. The communication and attention to detail was superb. We arrived slightly earlier than expected due to getting through Faro airport in record time. On arrival the apartment was being cleaned, but made us welcome and we got to see first hand how thoroughly the property was being taken care of. Great location, our only regret was having to leave.
A very comfortable and well equipped villa
By Moira B on 02-Feb-2024We stayed for 10 days in February 2024.This is a lovely and spacious villa situated about 15 mins easy walk from the centre of Alvor. It is very well equipped as the owners have obviously given a lot of thought into making visitors welcome. There are plenty of outdoor seating/eating areas, a BBQ and sunbeds around the pool. The neighbourhood is very quiet and there is parking just outside the property. The beds are comfy, towels and linens are of a good quality and the showers work properly. Communication with the owner was excellent. What's not to like? - we would recommend and stay again!
