Brand new beautifully furnished one bedroom apartment ideally situated in the heart of Alvor, enjoying a two minute walk into the centre and a ten minute walk to the beach. The apartment is decorated and furnished to the highest standards. It consists of a bijoux, double bed, air conditioned/heated bedroom with wall mounted TV providing Netflix. The bedroom has a double patio window opening onto the large balcony overlooking the pool area. There is a stylish bathroom consisting of a shower bath, bidet, toilet and vanity sink unit. The modern, large air conditioned/heated open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area provide free fast fibre optic Wi-Fi with plenty of room to relax and watch satellite TV, including Sky and BT Sports. The living area also has a large patio door opening onto the balcony. The balcony overlooking the pool area consists of modern Italian designed Nardi garden furniture. It has a relaxing seating area and a separate dining area allowing you to enjoy meals cooked alfresco on the purpose brick built BBQ whilst watching the sun set. The modern kitchen has Bosch appliances, a fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a Krups coffee machine for those coffee lovers! The apartment has a reserved parking space in the underground car park, a lift is available to the apartment floor and a video entry system. There are two sun loungers by the pool which are reserved purely for the use of our guests. A cot and a high chair are available upon request. There is a well-stocked supermarket a minute's walk away.
We are passionate about providing our guests with the highest standards and ensuring they have the best possible holiday. Fantastic Villa - Great Hosts - Excellent Stay

From the start of the booking process Mark & Mandy have been a joy to deal with. Very professional and giving prompt responses to all enquiries and questions. They met us upon our arrival, and showed us their beautiful apartment. Now, the apartment……….where to start……..there are not enough adjectives to describe how excellent this apartment is. Great photographs but they don’t do the actual apartment justice. Everything is brand new, pristine and of the highest quality. From the bedding, towels, kitchen appliances etc, all perfect. The apartment caters for your every need. Small things from Mark & Mandy like the chocolate cake, crisps and wine on arrival were a lovely touch. The coffee machine was a blessing and we enjoyed many a croissant with the coffee on the balcony. Both of us, amusingly over a bottle of the said wine tried to be “constructive” in any criticisms we may have found, but alas, nothing, no criticisms, Mark & Mandy should be very proud of the fact everything was perfect during our stay. The location was excellent too, a five minute walk and you were in the busy bit of Alvor, and two minutes from the local supermarket, Pingo Douce. Swimming pool was fantastic too. We will definitely return and I can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment for anybody coming to Alvor.
