The accommodation is modern with stylish decor and has an open plan kitchen/dining area leading out to a stunning balcony with comfy seating and dining areas looking directly out to the shared pool area. Equipped with luxury complimentary Shampoo/Shower Gel, Hair Conditioner, Hand Wash & Moisturiser, Hairdryers in both bedrooms, Beach Towels, Nesspreso Coffee Machine, Games, Books and complimentary Bottle of Wine & Water to welcome you so you can relax and enjoy the perfect holiday.
There is also a beautiful olive tree shaded large Roof Terrace with Sun Loungers, Sofa Dining area, Sink, BBQ, Shower and Jacuzzi Hot Tub.
The apartment has a spacious living area providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for up to 6 adults. The small sofas can be easily turned into two small single beds. The two bedrooms have king size beds that can be separated into two single beds, and come with high quality mattresses, pillows, and bedding to ensure maximum comfort. We also have high speed fibre wifi, smart TV with Sky glass, Netflix/ Amazon Prime and a plethora of Neo multi language channels in both bedrooms and living area.
The apartment is equipped with electric shutters to keep the rooms cool and secure.
The complex is completely secure and has a video entry system as well as free parking outside the apartment. Lifts are available to all floors. The pool is located in the centre of the complex and therefore sheltered from the wind and making it a comfortable area to relax and enjoy the sun all year round.
Albur Village is a recently developed complex of apartments which has everything needed for holidaymakers looking for quality modern facilities. The complex includes the recently refurbished high quality (Pingo Doce) just 2 minutes walk away and means that picking up those holiday essentials is both simple and cost effective. The supermarket even has its own bakery and café area so breakfast is made simple.
Nearby, in addition to several beaches and nature walks of the ria de alvor, there are a number of options available such as: water theme parks, several golf courses (Penina Golf, Alto, Gramacho and Palmares). Also near the Algarve International Aerodrome where you can enjoy various skydiving activities.

By Darriel on 05-May-2023Superb location, nice and quiet but only 5 minutes to lovey bars and restaurants. Superb supermarket with lovely fresh produce 1 minute walk. The apartment was fabulous, everything you needed was there. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and roof top terrace. Before we left we were recommending the apartment to friends and family. Wonderful time had by everyone.

The garage is a real plus and the proximity to amenities allows you to do a lot on foot. Tracy''s hosting was very warm. We highly recommend this place!
Great time
By Stephen on 15-Mar-2023Alice was a great host. She met us at the property on arrival and showed us how things worked. We had a few questions which were answered very quickly. The apartment is as the photographs and new, so there is no wear and tear yet. It is in a lovely development, with a short walk to Alvor town centre, the supermarket, the river and restaurants and to the beautiful beach. We stayed for four weeks, and it is a large enough apartment for a longer stay. We had a great time
