Great kitchen fabulous BBQ. Immaculately clean. Location fantastic. Would definitely recommend and would love to return.
Great time

It was nice to meet you both on our arrival and thank you for all your help during the booking process. Your speedy response to any enquiries from start to finish was greatly appreciated. Spectacular Place
By Sean Doyle on 18-Sep-2024Spectacular place- we were a large group of 8 adults and 3 children ranging from 1 year to 73 years old. The host arranged and booked us a transfer from Faro airport, which was a very comfortable 1 hour drive away from the accommodation The house itself was in pristine condition, situated about a 7 minute taxi ride or 30 minute walk away from either Alvor or Portimão. The house is obviously still being fully renovated, with 3 more bedrooms locked off to us on the highest level, but the large open-plan kitchen and living area was furnished to the highest degree, with the exceedingly large television impressing the kids the most. Every bedroom was well furnished with comfortable beds, fresh sheets etc. The pool was a huge hit, and the two outdoor areas for eating or relaxing at were great. The beach was around a 15 minute walk away, and was stunning. The only small complaint would be the occasionally over powering smell coming from the 4 toilets upstairs. We can't wait to come back!
Great spacious villa
By Lyndsey clabby on 10-Oct-2024Great spacious villa. We stayed as a large family group with 3 small kids. The villa is really clean and spacious with 5 bedrooms. The master suite is very spacious and has a large bathroom and separate beauty room. it opens out onto the veranda overlooking the outdoor area. The living space downstairs is big with to lounging areas, a big TV and kitchen dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook for a large group. There's also a gym room. All rooms appear to be recently renovated and are to a high standard. The outdoor area is big however it is in need of upgrade (which I believe to be happening very soon) The outdoor furniture such as the sunbeds need to be upgraded. Unfortunately due to a hosepipe ban the grass area isn't great but is due to be replaced which will make it much more user friendly. The villa is a 12 minute walk to the beach. Paul was a great host and very responsive. We will most likely visit again and we would recommend a visit.
What a lovely Villa!
By Richard on 01-Sep-2023The place was very nicely decorated with plenty of room. All the rooms were immaculate and clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need to accommodate a large group. The sound system was a nice touch and we enjoyed the fabulous tech to watch our favourite shows and stream music on the Wi-Fi. We all felt right at home immediately and would definitely return. The local town Alvor is a short 5 min cab journey away and the larger resort of Portimão is about 10 mins away and you can get Uber very easily. It’s set In a quiet location perfect for relaxing by the pool. Everything was great. Parking was a slight challenge as the gate is narrow but we managed it just fine with a fairly large car.

This is a completely brand-new refurbished villa that has been fully equipped and has everything you need to spend a few weeks with your family, a lot of space inside and outside the villa with an outstanding pool and garden space. The situation of the villa can't be better. This is a quiet area and at the same time is very close to the main towns, supermarkets, etc... also there are amazing beaches within walking distance from the villa and really cool paths to walk around and see the amazing views in this area of the Algarve. We spent 11 days at the Villa, 3 families with kids and the time we spent there was amazing. Thanks Paul for hosting us!
