With a privileged central location, this very spacious and bright first floor apartment with largest veranda, overlooks the gardens and two swimming pools ( one children), and with the sea 200 meters away!
Accommodation consists of: 1 double bedroom with separate shower; 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 single beds and two additional 'pull out' beds; large living room with dining and sitting areas and a double sofa bed; fully equipped kitchen; large veranda with furniture.
*Cleaning/laundry provided weekly for stays up to 14 nights.
Long stays, weekly cleaning not included.

The Algarve & Alvor: The Algarve has a temperature climate all year round and boasts about 300 days of sunshine. Tourist season extends from March to October and it only really quietens down in winter. The wonderful sandy beaches of the Algarve are unspoilt and amongst the best in the world. Explore the majestic Sierra de Monchique or the rugged beauty of the western tip of the Algarve. Water sports such as swimming, snorkeling and big game fishing are popular along this coast when exploring the caves and grottos. Water parks and theme parks are also on hand for the children.
Local food: The local food just has to be tried, with fresh fish straight from the mornings catch. Most restaurants have charcoal grills and producing some of the best food of the region. With local wines and mouth watering steaks, what more can you ask for!!!

The view is gorgeous, with the bright morning sun warming the balcony each morning. It is a very quick walk to the beach, the boardwalk and the town centre, with shops, groceries stores, and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The Community Centre and Sports Complex are also with a block of the apartment. There is ample, secure parking, and the grounds are impeccable! I love this apartment. It is well cared for, Lara is responsive and wonderfully easy to communicate with, and it is obvious that she takes pride in her property. I come each year from Canada, and couldn't be happier with this accommodation. It provides the perfect vacation and best experience of Alvor one could hope for!
