Description
Apartment Set In the Landscaped Gardens of Alto Club, just a short stroll from the Club Facilities, stunning outdoor pool, tennis courts, health centre, indoor pool and Thyme Restaurant & Snack Bar & Club Reception. 5 minutes walk to the ancient fishing village of Alvor, bustling with shops, restaurants & bars. Intermarche Supermarket only 5 minutes walk. 10 Minutes Walk To Alvor Beach (Alto Guests have access to beach sun loungers in front of Restinga Restaurant). Well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, microwave. Open plan lounge dining room seating six, free WiFi, MEO online digital TV, communal digital satellite system, HD TVs (in living room and both bedrooms), portable CD player radios. Air-conditioning to the living/dining room and both bedrooms. Balcony with sea view, sun loungers, BBQ unit, table & 6 chairs. All linen, bathroom towels and pool towels provided. Weekly housekeeping service with weekly linen, towel change and clean included. Covered car parking space underneath.Sleeps 4 adults plus 2 children up to 12 years old (2 Bedrooms, bedroom one has a double bed, bedroom two has twin beds, and additional camp beds are available for rent from reception).
This is our home away from home and is fully equipped with everything you need. Children Welcome. Cots, high chair and extra beds available from Reception, by arrangement, at reasonable cost. Welcome Pack (2 bottles of Montevelho (red and white) wine, tea, coffee, milk, water, bread, butter, jam, eggs, bacon, orange juice, fruit) included in price.
From 2025 our Rental Rates also include our payment of the new TOURIST TAX. So one less thing for you to worry about!
Portugal has introduced a Tourist Tax for all rental bookings made after 14/03/2024. It applies to all guests aged 13 or more years old, and it is payable for a maximum of 7 nights however long your stay is. There are two rates payable:
Low Season (1st of November to the 31st of March) - 1€ per person per night.
High Season (1st of April to the 31st of October) - 2€ per person per night.
Long Stay Vacations are available during the months of November to February at a reduced monthly rate. Please note that the monthly rates exclude the cost of electricity and water consumed (which must be paid for separately) and the weekly housekeeping service with linen and towel change (which can still be arranged with reception as required).

Clive’s apartment is absolutely fabulous with all the comforts of a home away from home. Beautifully presented and decorated and in a perfect location within the complex with easy access to the restaurant/bar/pool areas’ and a stones throw from the side entrance gate to the village. The welcome pack on arrival was extremely generous and greatly appreciated. The booking process and check in arrangements were organised very professionally by Clive. We had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate in booking this property again if returning to Alvor in the future. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely Apartment
By Angela Tochet on 10-Aug-2021We were really lucky to secure a last minute booking in Clive's apartment and we couldn't have been happier. From the start Clive couldn't have been more helpful and responded to all emails really quickly and nothing was too much trouble. We arrived late at the apartment so reception was shut but it was all very well organised and we just had to call security who came and gave us the key within minutes. We were so impressed with the apartment. It's a very large 2 bed apartment with absolutely everything you could think of in it you might need and things you didn't even know you needed. The beds were so comfortable. Kitchen lovely. Nothing you could fault. The complex was excellent.. So we'll kept. The staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough for you. The swimming pool was a great size. Food at the pool bar excellent. We loved the location too. 10 mins walk to the beach. 5 mins into town. Would absolutely recommend this apartment/complex and location.
Relaxing October Break - with the weather too!!
By Alan H. on 24-Oct-2016Just returned from a wonderful week in apartment 30D and would highly recommend the apartment and the Alto Club to anyone who might be heading to Alvor. First time in this apartment although second time at the Alto Club. 30D is in a perfect location for the Alto pool, Douro Bar & Cotton's restaurant and easy access out the (secured) Alto Club gate to Alvor village itself and the nearest Intermarche only 5 minute stroll. Well equiped apartment with all you could possibly need... AND the sun shined big-time for 6 out of 7 days!! Thank you.

Clive was so easy to communicate with and answered any emails promptly. It is in a beautiful complex in beautiful Alvor and we would definitely love to return some day. The Hughes family
