Magnolia apartments consists of six renovated fully equipped apartments and two lofts we have selected the 3 apartments we like the most and are pleased to present them to you. Each apartment has two bedrooms and a small dining room, fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, air- conditioning and central heating.Apartment No 1 benefits from a private terrace whilst 2/3 have private balcony's with great views down the valley.Great for families
The apartments are most convenient for families of up to 4 persons each. The fully equipped kitchen is very useful when there are young children allowing snack or full meal preparation.
All apartments have complementary high speed internet and free access to an on site fitness centre and pool.
Our aim is to offer you impeccable service and hospitality and make your stay pleasant and peaceful. Discreet daily maid service and the Owner/Manager on site ensures total relaxation and a warm welcome.

By Martin on 11-Aug-2020We had a fantastic 2 week stay in Magnolia Apartments. Beautiful pool area, and really nice having the outside terrace area as well. Perfect location for enjoying the North of the island with easy reach of the lovely Fiskardo. Tavern opposite serves great good, as do the local tavernas just up the road in Maganos. Would return here again, many thanks.
Great place to stay
By Wild roses on 18-Jul-2016Booked our holiday through Bob at Greek Island Retreats. Booking was dealt with efficiently and all questions were answered promptly and accurately. He even popped round to make sure that we were all ok and happy once we had booked in. We stayed in Apartment 3 and were very pleased with the accommodation, especially the beds which were extremely comfortable. The apartment was cleaned every day and the beds were made. Air con in the bedrooms was greatly appreciated! A change of towels and sheets was made after 3 days. They also provided towels for the pool. The pool was great and although not heated, it was always warm when we got in. It is suitable for families and has plenty of seating around the pool area. We ate at the Stonehouse and the picnic which are literally a couple of mins walk down the road and the food at both is excellent. Fiskardo is a short drive and there are lots of places to eat and drink, our favourites being Theadora's for cocktails, breakfast and lunch, Rula's and Tassia's for dinner in the evening. The owner Nancy is very friendly and welcoming, as are her staff. She met us when we arrived and was always around in the morning and left a contact number for other times. Would highly recommend these apartments and Greek Island Retreats. Submitted 18 Jul 2016
A real treat
By Chris s on 04-Aug-2016One of the best places we have stayed, certainly in Greece, but also in general. The accommodation is decorated to a very high standard. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The towels and linen, clean, crisp and changed frequently. The pool was a real treat. Again, finished to the highest of standards. And if you want a gym on to play ping pong, well that's catered for too. The cot and high chair for our 1 year old were brand new. The location is family friendly - close to Fiscardo and great (pebble) beaches (actually better than sand). We drove down to the south one day and were very pleased to have chosen our northern base. The Old Stone House taverna, just 2mins walk away, serves excellent dinners, while we found Picnic, across the road, provided a great breakfast and lunch. With the mini-market right next door to them, you do not have to go any distance for everything you might require. Nancy and her team in Greece can't be more friendly. Bob provided an excellent, responsive booking service, and super directions from airport to apartment! We would highly recommend Magnolia, and will certainly be considering a return trip next year. Special setting and apartment
By Stella C on 11-Sep-2016We had a fabulous stay at Magnolia apartments. The apartment was spotlessly clean and above average in terms of extras provided. There was daily room service, fresh bed-linen and towels every few days, and we even found cake waiting on our kitchen table on a couple of occasions. We loved the crystal-clear pool and relaxing pool-seating area (as well as the table tennis!), and the setting of Fiskardo is simply delightful. There was a bit of traffic noise in our front-facing apartment, but we soon got used to that. All in all, a wonderful place to be and relax. Submitted 11 Sep 2016
Affordable luxury!
By yvonne L on 14-Sep-2016We had a really lovely week here - the apartment was excellent - immaculately clean, stylish and well equipped, with comfy beds and good air con. The pool area is beautiful - quiet, cleaned every day, lots of luxurious loungers - and with the bonus of table tennis and a gym at the lower level. You can walk down into Fiskardo (which is beautiful) in under 30 mins if you have flat shoes - we got a taxi back each night for 5 euros which was really simple. The local beaches are lovely - pebbly but with crystal clear water and fairly quiet even in high season. Good communication from Greek Island Retreats and clear driving instructions from the airport. an absolute little gem !
By Malcolm H on 24-Jul-2017The property was exceptional , spotlessly clean and tidy , and serviced every day by charming staff, Nancy gave us a lovely welcome and some advice on the local amenities even a bottle of wine to mark our arrival. The rooms were decorated to a high standard , the pool was lovely and clean , likewise the gym and the seated area in the trees in the garden To the rear of the house - we were a family of 4 adults , and we're really comfortable , the apartment is a 10 minute drive to Fiskardo which was delightful - recommend these appartments and the island to anyone .
