Description

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Casa Sao Bento offers accommodations with pool with a view and free Wifi. The air-conditioned accommodations are located in the upper ills of the city center of Arcos de Valdevez located at the heart of the traditional Alto Minho region surrounded by traditional villages and the national park of Peneda Gerês. It is 30min away from the beaches and 20min from the golf course of Ponte de Lima.
The surroundings are quiet and safe and parking is easy and free. Shops, restaurants and bars are available at a walking distance.
The house is featured as 4 independent apartments: 3 apartments have 2 bedrooms, 1 apartment is a single bedroom. They are fully equipped having a flat-screen TV, a kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. A microwave, a toaster, and fridge are also featured, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle, bed linen and towels are provided.
Guests can make the most of the warm weather with the property's outdoor facilities like the heated pool, the terrace, the barbecue, the lounge area.
The apartments can be rented alone or reunited. The price are indicated for a single apartment. Reunited price upon request. For now the apartment4 is not open for rental. Total reunited accommodation gets 3 bedrooms (King-Size Bed) + 2 bedrooms (2 x Individual Beds) + 2 individual low rise beds.
