This newly built villa brings a new meaning to luxury. Privately positioned, surrounded by outstanding sea landscapes and the island of Dias (Zeus) and with breathtaking sunset views, villa Charis is appealing for couples offering a sense of privacy and seclusion.
Villa Charis is accessed through a private road and is surrounded by green fields, olive groves and by lush Ionian vegetation.

Constructed respecting the traditional Kefalonian architecture, Charis is a graciously simple, supremely relaxing Villa in the uncrowded south-west corner of the island.
Villa Charis sleeps two guests across, with one master bedroom, separate fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area, with elevated vaulted ceiling; flowing discreetly to the large patio doors over-looking the sea view, salt water infinity pool and garden.

Villa Charis, named after one of Zeus graces, means, first of all, joy; the joy that one radiates when one is characterized by kind feelings, but also the joy and delight it evokes in those around one, and of kindness and gratitude. Charis is built on an area plot called “Zeus Orchard” which was cultivated for olive oil and wine by monks living on the island Dias during the 1800’s.

The whole experience with Roubina et al has been fantastic from booking to departing (special thanks for a lovely welcome pack + provisions & also to Graham who stepped in to help with an emergency dental appointment!). Couldn’t fault a thing & will highly recommend to friends + family! Perfect holiday!! Di + Jim (Cheshire)

By S and G on 06-Aug-2025North Essex July 27th – Aug 6th 2025 The view is absolutely amazing – we've enjoyed watching the boats & planes coming in! The villa is really well appointed – we loved the touches of yoga mats & beach mats / parasol. Furniture is all very comfortable & thoughtfully provided. The egg chair was my favourite! The welcome pack + pie were both generous & delicious. We also had fresh figs delivered two days of stay. It's a shame there aren’t restaurants close by, but a small price to pay for the seclusion & peace that the villa offers. Cleaners excellent, pool guys excellent, Graham very helpful. 10/10...!
What can I say
By K & B on 21-Jun-2025What can I say, we have stayed in quite a few villas on the island (and hotels) in our 20+ years visiting & this villa knocks spots off all the rest. The villa is of the highest standard & the view is superb but what makes it extra special is Roubina & her team. The welcome pack on arrival negated having to visit a supermarket after a late flight, we ate the lovely pie & sat & watched the night views. Graham was very helpful & suggested a couple of places we hadn’t visited. We are already looking to book next year (maybe even an end of season booking this year) and see how many seasons return as well.

By P and M on 12-Jun-2025Dearest Roubina, Kostas and all the beautiful girls & family, This is our third time here at your beautiful villa and we felt at home straight away. Thank you for the pie, and all the extra food your family made for us, it was delicious as it always is. 5 star villa 5 star service We were lucky to have 4 baby swifts born outside on top of one of the outside lights! We have watched them grow over these two weeks and hope they leave the nest over the next day or two. I've named them: Ginnie, Minnie, Vinnie & Winnie (from left to right) Keep talking to them, I did!!!

The Villa is breathtaking along with the views and sunsets. The Team who run the villa and maintain it are the best. Never have we had welcome packs like it. Homemade pies & cakes just stunning. OMG I think we’ve found our little piece of paradise at Charis Villa
By M nad J on 16-Sep-2024OMG I think we’ve found our little piece of paradise at Charis Villa. We were so excited to stay after finding you last year + it didn’t disappoint! The views are stunning + a different sunset every night, what’s not to love. Never seen a welcome pack quite like it, homemade pie, cake + then a meat pie before we left, yummy. Robina & family couldn’t be more helpful. The cleaners did an amazing job too + so friendly, good teamwork. We are going to be so sad to leave Villa Charis but happy to know we will be back in September 2025! Thanks for making our trip so amazing.
