There are comfy leather sofas, TV with a range of Portuguese and European cable channels, coffee table, shelving, air conditioning* and log burning fireplace. The large dining table with ambient lighting over seats up to 8 people, plus there is an additional sofa and sideboard.
The kitchen is very well equipped, having a range of modern base and eye level units, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, built-in eye-level oven and microwave, 4-ring electric hob with extractor over, one and a half bowl sink unit and drainer, breakfast table (seating 2 people) and patio doors leading to the large terrace.
There is also a separate Utility room with washing machine and storage shelving.
One of the four bedrooms is situated on the ground floor. This is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning*, and overlooks the pool. The en-suite has fully tiled walls, modern enclosed shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.
On the ground floor there is also an open entrance hall with stairs to the first floor and stairs down to the garage. On the lower ground floor the villa has the added benefit of a large garage with up and over doors, providing ample space to park 3 cars.
Upstairs there are a further 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite, and Family bathroom.
The Master bedroom is a double room with en-suite shower room, fitted wardrobe, air conditioning unit*, and patio doors leading to a private South facing balcony. The en-suite has fully tiled walls, with modern enclosed shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.
There is also another Double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, air con unit, and patio doors leading to balcony with countryside view.
The fourth bedroom is a twin bedroom, fitted wardrobe, and air conditioning*.
*Air conditioning/heating is available throughout the year, at an additional charge of 225€ per week
Car hire, which we can arrange if required, is recommended but not essential. Alternatively we can arrange transfers for you and your party from Faro Airport direct to the accommodation. Price available upon request.
Our friendly English and Portuguese speaking staff are on hand to assist you when necessary and recommend places to visit.
As a small family business we look after a few properties in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the property before your arrival. We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the property.
Baby cot and high chair can be provided by prior arrangement for a small charge.
*Air conditioning/heating is available throughout the year, at an additional charge of 225€ p/w
Our mobile phone number is available 24 hours a day during your stay for emergency calls.
We provide a maid service twice a week in summer and once a week in winter , this is included in the rental cost.
Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 10am.
A 25% or 300€ (whichever is greater) deposit is required at time of booking. The final balance plus a returnable breakage deposit of 450€ is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Payment accepted by bank transfer in Sterling or Euros.
Payment can also be accepted via Paypal, but the guest pays the additional Paypal fee.

Please note, after booking the property you will be required to complete and return booking forms and a standard terms of rental agreement. This is to protect you, the guest, as well as the property owner. You will also be required to provide passport information in advance of arrival, this is a legal requirement in Portugal.
