Description
Villa Morrin is spacious, well furnished and equipped to the highest standards.Our villa is just 200 metres from Nissi Beach, probably the most famous on Cyprus with it's enticing white sand, clear turquoise water and abundant water sports.
Also towards Ayia Thekla, within a 10 minute walk of the villa are the quieter but equally beautiful and stunning white sandy beaches of Landa and Makronisos, all the beaches have blue flag designation.
Our detached villa is 98 m2 in area on a large 360 m2 plot and is in the quieter part of Ayia Napa and yet only a few minutes stroll from the excellent local shops,supermarket, bars and restaurants.
The main square of Ayia Napa with it's cosmopolitan clubs and bars is just a 5 minute taxi ride away.
The private tiled pool, which catches the sun all day from late morning, has steps leading down into the shallow end; ideal for children.
Wine and dine al fresco on the rear patio beside the pool, a perfect reason to use our traditional Cypriot charcoal barbecue, watching the sunset in the evening.
Grab a cold drink and retreat from the heat of the day under the cool shaded pergola.
With one double, one twin bedroom and a double sofa bed the villa is ideal for families, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with extra wardrobe space on the landing outside the bedrooms.
There are plenty of activities in the surrounding area for you to see and do during your holiday.
Lots of our guests come to Cyprus to attend weddings, they tell us that they prefer to chill out and get ready for the wedding in the more spacious and relaxed atmosphere of our villa than in a hotel bedroom.
Our villa is the perfect location for a wedding, ideally situated near to all the most popular wedding hotels in the area. The Nissi Beach, the Aeneas and Adams Beach Hotels are all within a 5 minute walk; the Olympic Lagoon and Dome Hotels are a short taxi ride away.
The Waterworld waterpark is a 5min drive from our villa which is brilliant for families.

By Julie on 12-Sep-2025Let me start by saying I’ve been visiting Ayia napa every year ….sometimes twice a year since 1995. I’ve stayed in every type of Accommodation from a cockroach infested apartment , a 5 star Hotel and many villas. My honest opinion on villa Morrin is that 4 days into our 3 week holiday we re booked the villa for next year. The Location is perfect with just a 5 minute walk to a bus stop into town or a nice flat walk to the beach. The villa has every amenity you could ever need , from the usual essentials to the unusual essentials which included a chopping machine for fruit and veg. The outside area is spacious with a fab BBQ which we made full use of and of course the pool. This is definitely going to be where we spend our 3 weeks in future , so if your thinking about about a villa with a pool in a fab location with almost every amenity known to man this is the one to book . I’ll see you next year villa Morrin ….thanks for the memories .

Fantastic stay
By Chris Davies on 22-Jul-2025Had a brilliant two week holiday at this villa, would highly recommend,the villa was spotlessly clean on our arrival,the facilities were excellent, the outside pool cleaned regularly, and the pergola was perfect for the morning coffee in the shade. Carol, the owner, communicated brilliantly from the time we booked until the time we came home. Also, would like to give a mention to Karen (Property manager),who took time out to welcome us to the villa, and kept in touch with us during the holiday (though,we didn't need her for anything). Would highly recommend the villa, and location, and will definitely return in the future.

This villa is in a great location with only a couple of minutes walk to cafe’s, restaurants, bakeries and Nissi beach. Carol and her team always go above and beyond for us. Nothing is too much trouble! Look no further if you’re looking for a cosy, clean villa in a great location
