With Ayia Napa only a 10 minute drive / taxi away, those looking for something a bit more lively, have exactly what they need. Villa is very close to the largest themed water park in Europe and an excellent Go-Karting track as well

Our villa features 3 bedrooms, each elegantly furnished for maximum comfort. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, while the remaining bedrooms offer cozy accommodations for guests.

Lovely villa in a brilliant location- not in the middle of the action of Protaras and Ayia Napa but close enough to get into them and some of the wonderful beaches nearby. Just make sure you have a car when you come. Tony is a very responsive owner who will get back to you quick if you have any queries. The villa itself is kept superbly and well equipped. Tony has said that he is going to update the bathroom but they were fine as they were (my only quibble was that the shower in the en-suite bathroom was a bit small) so come next year they’ll be even better. We spent many days lounging around the pool area which is beautiful and probably the best thing about the villa. Overall a lovely villa with a great owner. Highly recommended.
Amazing stay at Palm Villa
By Bethany Keen on 06-Jun-2025We had a lovely holiday staying at Palm Villa. The villa was clean, spacious and well kept. Paul and Tony were amazing and available for anything we needed. They sent us a google pin drop to find the villa which was really helpful. The area is nice and quiet but also walking distance to a lovely beach and not far from the town. We would definitely stay again!

Walking distance to a fabulous beach and bar and a short 5 minute drive to other outstanding beaches. The villa has a wonderful pool and outside seating area as well as a huge bbq for nights in. Bedrooms are spacious as well as lounge and kitchen area. Would not hesitate to return!
Amazing Villa stay
By Jay Snashfold on 06-Jun-2025We had an another Amazing stay at Palm Villa (this being or 4th stay) Paul ant Tony were both really helpful as always with any queries we had prior to our stay. They had left out an extensive welcome booklet with places to eat, local shops, taxis numbers etc that we found really helpful. The villa has been newly renovated since our last visit and all looks very fresh and modern. Loved our stay as always and will be back soon.

The villa is located 10 minutes walk to the shop (cheaper than lidl!!)and local beach but another 5 minutes walk and you'll arrive at one of the best beaches i have ever been too!! Crystal clear waters that your able to walk out to a little island no deeper than waist deep with excellent facilities-sunbeds showers,Bar,restaurant and parking!! Now back to he villa, well this place is a real gem and tbh it's set a standard for us which will be hard to beat! Fully air-conditioned throughout ,open plan living,kitchen and dining area,all fully equipped literally home from home,3 good sized bedrooms with the master on-suite and balcony. Now the best part the outside!! Numerous sun loungers to sunbathe and move around to catch the sun or shade! Outdoor dining area and a beautiful undercover chillout area with outdoor furniture and table! The pool is amazing perfectly maintained by the lovely pool guy very clean and safe with stairs to get in and out and safely the pool gradually gets deeper then shallower. Huge area to dry your clothes and towels. We hired a car and parked on the drive of the villa. Would definitely recommend and will return in the near future!! The host is very friendly and answered any questions we had.
