The delightful town of Moraira with its wonderful modern marina is a 10 minute drive away and offers a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Golf Details: There is the 9 hole Golf de Ifach course in Moraira. Javea Golf Club is approx. 2 km and La Sella Golf Complex near Denia and Benidorm clubs are all within a 30 minute to 1 hour drive away. Travelling to the Property: Use of a car is essential as there are many interesting places to visit all within a 30 minute to 1 hour drive. The popular towns and beautiful beaches of Javea, Calpe, Altea, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance along the coast.

On the lower floor (not reachable internally) you will find an extra bedroom with own en-suite shower room.

Alicante airport is 100 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 15 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 135 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and the property is just 12 km from here.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.
