The hosts, Agi & Mike are super friendly and efficient with their check in procedure and were really knowledgeable about the local area and great places to eat. The villa itself is vast with amazing facilities including the pool and Karaoke which my kids loved, they have 2 BNQ areas which were also invaluable! The rooms all had A/C, the TV had every channel available and the views from the balcony/terrace were amazing! We’ve already booked for next year!
Brilliant Villa, good location and superb hosts

The villa was exactly as described, well equipped, in great maintenance and condition and the handover with Mike and Agi was comprehensive and friendly. Villa layout and facilities ideal for larger groups or a couple of smaller families holidaying together. The location is quiet and private and requires a car to maximise enjoyment. It is perfectly positioned for visits to great beaches nearby as well as visits to Villamoura and Albufeira. Shopping isn’t far away for essentials and local food delivery services will deliver quickly also. Games room fantastic, pool great and the grill house also excellent. Loads of terraces and seating areas to choose from too. We will definitely be back! Steve, Nicola and Family
Absolutely fantastic villa, just perfect for a large group
By Andrew W on 26-Aug-2023Absolutely fantastic villa in a lovely position, close to all the amenities of Vilamoura and Albufuera but a few kilometeres in land at the edge of a very quiet small village. We were a family group of 11, 8 adults and 3 children. The villa has space for everyone, lovely bedrooms, lounges and a large sun terrace, with a table big enough for everyone to sit around at night enjoying the warm evenings. There are two kitchens with all the appliances and crockery that you would expect. Down stairs there is an amazing games room with full size snooker table, a pool table and a table tennis table. We spent many hours having competitions down there, great fun. The games room then leads out onto a lovely garden, with large pool, well kept gardens with an outside BBQ area. All in all it was perfect for us, I wouldn't change anything. And a special mention for the owners, Mike and Agi really nice people with a lovely attitude to life. Nothing was too much trouble. To summarise, I would 100% recommend this villa to any large group. We will be back I'm sure.
The perfect family holiday
By Gxorgix h on 03-Sep-2023Just returned from Portugal and realised we hadn’t left a review! We stayed at Villa Vaniana last August 2022 (family of ten) and had the most fantastic family holiday! The Villa and grounds are absolutely stunning and Mike and Agi are the perfect hosts, warm and friendly and provided absolutely everything we could have needed. The pool was cleaned regularly and they were always on hand for anything we needed. We had no problems or issues while there and we all agreed it felt like home as soon as we arrived. Our only regret is that we couldn’t confirm our dates this year (due to family commitments). There is more than enough entertainment with the ample games room, beautiful pool, garden and barbecue. There are also plenty of toys and games for the children on those less sunny days. We loved the safety of the Villa too, with the children not being able to access the pool unless with an adult due to the gate on the terrace, giving peace of mind. We loved the location of the Villa, secluded with stunning views but just a short distance from local amenities. The layout is perfect and we really liked being able to close off certain areas for different people giving privacy. Perfect for the teens or if staying with separate families. We can’t praise or the Villa highly enough as it is the perfect place to stay with exceptional hosts who go above and beyond for their guests. Would absolutely stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you for having us and thank you for the memories, we hope to see you again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Family trip to Portugal
By Roving39581287808 on 09-Nov-2022The house was very spacious with good facilities, from the games room, to the pool and pool toys and the BBQ which were all clean and tidy on arrival. Location was good, a short drive or easily walkable distance to nearest spa type shop and a selection of restaurants and a little further for the bigger super-marche and beach. Perfect stay for large family or group of friends.
Amazing place to stay for a great holiday
By kgeear on 06-Sep-2022Firstly I have to say how lovely the hosts Agi & Mike are, nothing was too much trouble & they made our holiday the best. This is a fantastic villa, being a little secluded is great as you don’t have to worry about upsetting the neighbours when your having a karaoke night! We are a family of 9 & we had plenty of space as we hired the whole villa. The pool was brilliant & heated which was a bonus! We didn’t hire a car but used Ubers to get about which were very efficient & reasonably priced. Supermarkets (ALDI & LIDL) just 8-9 mins away. Olhos de Água is a lovely place, not very big but plenty of good restaurants to chose from & amazing gelato ice cream! We would definitely go back & would recommend to anyone looking for a great holiday with family or friends
