This is a lovely spacious modern end-of-row villa located in Domus Iberica Burgau with no through traffic and free parking. The villa is semi-detached and located on the end plot. The location is in the former fishing village of Burgau, that's full of character with little winding streets leading down to a beautiful sheltered sandy beach with a beach bar/restaurant.

The front door opens into a hallway with a guest bathroom with a shower, toilet and hand basin.
The bright living area has doors to the sunny patio and pool area where there are four sun loungers, a patio dining set and a brick-built charcoal BBQ.
With lovely views of the pool area the lounge area has a couch, armchairs, and 44" wall mounted cable TV while the adjacent dining area has a table with seating for four.
Beside the living room is a separate well-equipped kitchen which also opens onto the patio and pool area. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, filter coffee and Dolce Gusto coffee maker, slimline dishwasher, washing machine, iron & ironing board and ample crockery, pots and pans etc. for self-catering.

Stairs from the hallway lead to the two en-suite bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has twin beds and a little veranda with a countryside view. It has built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a shower enclosure and toilet.

Bedroom 2 has a 5 ft bed, built-in wardrobes, safe and an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, bidet and toilet. This bedroom has doors to a sunny veranda overlooking the pool area, where there is a small table and two chairs to enjoy views of the protected Parque Natural do Costa Vicentina that clothes the clifftops and coastal area stretching westwards towards Sagres and Cape St Vincent.

The villa has free wi fi, full air conditioning and electric shutters and it is well cared for and the pool is regularly maintained.
A cot and highchair are available on request, at no extra cost. The manager speaks good English and helpful with a smile!

The villa in a great location close to all village amenities, the nearest restaurant is about 2 minutes’ walk, while the village shops are about 5 minutes’ walk. Burgau blue flag beach is about 8 mins walk down through the narrow, colourful village streets.
Located close to a rough coastal track which stretches westwards along the clifftops and beaches with super sea views and a chance to appreciate the flora and fauna of this extensive protected nature reserve.

Everything in the village is within walking distance so a car is not necessary and there is a bus stop nearby with regular service nearby to Luz and Lagos, but a car would give you more options to explore the wonderful countryside and wooded hills inland, including the pretty spa town of Monchique and surrounding mountains with beautiful vistas, and also Silves with its still intact fortifications used by the Romans, Moors and many other invaders over the centuries.
