Description
Trullo for 2 people nestled amongst olive and fruit trees with panoramic sea views. Typical Puglia countryside but only 5 minutes to the beach or Carovigno. Only 25 minutes from Brindisi airport. A great location from which to explore Puglia.Aboveground 5 metre pool, roof terrace, gazebo, BBQ, loungers and lots of outdoor spaces to sit and relax.
Double IKEA bed with small side tables and wardrobes. Living room/kitchen area with single bed/sofa. Bathroom with shower.
Outdoor living with large gazebo and wonderful roof terrace with panoramic sea views.
Owner lives next door but is very respectful of guests privacy. She is a practicing artist and is available for private lessons in Painting or Mosaic.
Bellaterra is also ideal for single travellers.

Leave ReviewA traditional Puglian property with magical surroundings
By Nicola B on 21-Jul-2025Bella Terra was exactly as described and just what we were looking for. Off the beaten track, Louisa’s property is a Puglian gem if you want to get away from it all. Louisa is a wonderful lady who lives next door. Although she is always on hand if you need her, she is very mindful of her guests and their desire for privacy if needed. She is so thoughtful, a fridge stocked with everything we could need for the first day or two and a basket of fruit, homemade jam and bread greeted us upon arrival. The property has everything you could need during your stay and there is air conditioning in the bedroom which was a godsend whilst we were there. There are multiple outdoor areas to sit and eat, sunbathe & sleep and the large dining table with covered pergola is lovely to use for meals - we sat there for all of ours! The pool is kept beautifully clean and was so good to use on the hottest of days - there are lilos provided too! The view from the pool and roof terrace is amazing and you can see all the way down to Santa Sabina. At night there are fairy lights in the grounds of the property which just adds to the atmosphere. We cannot fault our stay and Louisa was the perfect host.
Lovely stay

She had stocked up with food and drinks before our arrival and supplied towels cleaning equipment and everything else you could need. The garden was a lovely oasis with plenty of areas to relax with a cool drink and read a book or just doze after a day at the beach. Nearby Carovigno had a great choice of restaurants and good supermarket. Great attractions like Ostuni and Alberobello were easy to reach by car and it's just a few minutes to the train station for an easy trip to Lecce. Louisa was helpful in all respects even when we arrived really late due to diverted flight. We really enjoyed our time there and happily recommend it
A wonderful stay
By KTN on 27-Jun-2024Our stay in Carovigno at Louisa Trullo was lovely.The outdoor space is just amazing, flowers and fruit trees and too many places to choose from for relaxing. We enjoyed the sunset from the roof deck, cooled off in the pool and ate every meal outdoor. Louisa is a wonderful host and her gift of wine,dried figs jam and breakfast and snack provisions was much appreciated. She thought of everything including beach towels, chairs and umbrella. We loved our stay in Puglia and Louisa and her home were so much a part of our enjoyment there.
An oasis of tranquility
By Lynne h on 02-Sep-2023We had a wonderful stay at Bella Terrace. Louisa is an amazing host, there if you need anything but never intrusive. The inside accommodation is compact but comfortable and has everything you need. Outside is just amazing with so many places to sit and enjoy the beautiful garden. It was great to have the pool to cool off. This is a good location for getting around, the train station just 5min drive with frequent service to Lecce and Bari. Our only complaint is that the time went so quickly.
Our dream vacation

Central to some of the best towns to visit in Puglia whether by the sea or countryside.Louisa is an amazing host and the details she includes in your stay are amazing. You have a starter for breakfast, lunch and vino all included. Our stay was over the top and would highly recommend to a couple wanting a peaceful garden stay in Puglia.

By Katherine H on 23-May-2024Fantastic host. Great location for exploring the area. The property and grounds were fantastic. We had everything we needed and more. We were treated to homemade jam and food and drinks in the fridge when we arrived. It was so peaceful and had amazing views and we would definitely return. We wish we had booked for longer.
