Description

Casa Irena is a hugely spacious and well decorated 4 bedroomed villa with pool, just 5 mins walk to the village.
On one level only, all 4 bedrooms are off the huge lounge and fully air conditioned throughout. Access to the roof terrace is via a set of stairs and from here, there are superb sea views with table and chairs for an evening drink to watch the sunset. With just a 5 min walk to get to many restaurants, shops, mini mercado's and bars, guests really do not need to hire a car unless they wanted to tour the Algarve. There is a choice of two beaches within 10 mins walk (Centianes and Carvoeiro Beaches). Centianes has the O Stop Restaurant perched at the side of the beach and the views from here are wonderful.
The villa has lockable gates from the main entrance leading into the drive area where there is ample room for several vehicles. The front door leads into the large open planned lounge and dining area where there is a log burning fire (for winter guests), 42" wall mounted LG TV screen, DVD, UK TV channels, good speed wi-fi (free of charge), 2 x air conditioning units, and comfortable seating on 2 large sofas. There is also a large table with 8 chairs in the dining area. Directly outside the lounge, accessed by patio doors, is the external dining area with large table and 8 chairs. The pool terrace area has 8 sunbeds, parasols, an external shower and a purpose built brick BBQ and the whole grounds are surrounded by mature and well manicured gardens which provide privacy and security for children wanting to play.
There are 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, 2 twins) all with air con units and 3 newly refurbished modern bath/shower rooms. Bedrooms are elegantly decorated in bright colour schemes with huge integrated wardrobes and all windows have external shuttering with fly screens. The kitchen has everything that the owners could think of regarding cutlery, crockery, utensils and electrical equipment. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and cooker with oven. The swimming pool has gentle entry steps with railing at the shallow end (0.8metres) and the deep end is 1.80 metres. Pool heating is available at additional cost if required. This lovely villa will take a maximum of 8 adults (or mix of adults and children) plus 1 baby in a cot.
This villa has every ingredient for a safe and fun packed family holiday and is fully licenced under the Town Hall Alojamento Local reference 33950/AL.

Superb villa

After 12 years of visiting Carvoeiro and staying in a variety of properties I have to say that this was easily the best. It’s location is excellent but the standard of the equipment and fittings made it stand out for us. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a premium quality stay.

Spacious well equipped 4 bedroom villa with a great sea view roof terrace and large swimming pool. Perfect for all the amenities in Carvoeiro and only a 2 min walk to a supermarket, restaurants and bars. Highly recommended.

Have just returned from a family holiday at Villa Irena in Carvoiero. It was our 4th visit over a number of years and once again lived up to expectations. 4 good sized bedrooms, and a large lounge area with TV and wi-fi. Pool is excellent with roman steps, and good surrounding area with good views from the roof terrace. This trip was booked prior to the pandemic, and the support from Peter Evans representing Simply Owners was excellent. There was no hesitation in moving dates fro year to year until we could travel almost normally Real benefit for us is that we don’t need a car. There are 2 beaches (Centianes and Carvoiero) within a 15 minutes walk and the caves at Algar Seco are even closer. Loads of restaurants and bars on the walk down the hill into the town, and always a friendly, relaxed place. Look forward to returning.
