Description

Casa Irena is a hugely spacious and well decorated 4 bedroomed villa with pool, just 5 mins walk to the village.
On one level only, all 4 bedrooms are off the huge lounge and fully air conditioned throughout. Access to the roof terrace is via a set of stairs and from here, there are superb sea views with table and chairs for an evening drink to watch the sunset. With just a 5 min walk to get to many restaurants, shops, mini mercado's and bars, guests really do not need to hire a car unless they wanted to tour the Algarve. There is a choice of two beaches within 10 mins walk (Centianes and Carvoeiro Beaches). Centianes has the O Stop Restaurant perched at the side of the beach and the views from here are wonderful.
The villa has lockable gates from the main entrance leading into the drive area where there is ample room for several vehicles. The front door leads into the large open planned lounge and dining area where there is a log burning fire (for winter guests), 42" wall mounted LG TV screen, DVD, good speed wi-fi (free of charge), 2 x air conditioning units, and comfortable seating on 2 large sofas. There is also a large table with 8 chairs in the dining area. Directly outside the lounge, accessed by patio doors, is the external dining area with large table and 8 chairs. The pool terrace area has 8 sunbeds, parasols, an external shower and a purpose built brick BBQ and the whole grounds are surrounded by mature and well manicured gardens which provide privacy and security for children wanting to play.
There are 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, 2 twins) all with air con units and 3 newly refurbished modern bath/shower rooms. Bedrooms are elegantly decorated in bright colour schemes with huge integrated wardrobes and all windows have external shuttering with fly screens. The kitchen has everything that the owners could think of regarding cutlery, crockery, utensils and electrical equipment. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and cooker with oven. The swimming pool has gentle entry steps with railing at the shallow end (0.8metres) and the deep end is 1.80 metres. Pool heating is available at additional cost if required. This lovely villa will take a maximum of 8 adults (or mix of adults and children) plus 1 baby in a cot.
This villa has every ingredient for a safe and fun packed family holiday and is fully licenced under the Town Hall Alojamento Local reference 33950/AL.

Lovely villa close to Carvoeiro

Casa Irena is a large, spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with swimming pool that is really close to the village. It is beautifully furnished and has a huge living/dining room. The outdoor space and pool area are well maintained with sun loungers, umbrellas and dining furniture with more than adequate shaded areas for when it gets really hot - and it did! Its proximity to the village is a huge benefit.

A great stay at Casa Irena. The villa is well located near the top of the town, it is comfortable and extremely well equipped. The gardens have been recently redone and there is a great pool area, with some wonderful comfy seating. I cannot thank Peter Evans enough(the agent for the owner) I rent houses all over the world and I have not experienced such an excellent booking service, from start to finish, in many years.
