Description

Beautiful villa with 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, accommodating comfortably 20 persons. It offers a spacious living room with a fireplace and a snooker table, ample balconies, a large, well maintained garden, a covered barbecue area and a big private swimming pool 12 x 6 m. The property is located in Poço Barreto, between Silves and Carvoeiro, near the Amendoeira Golf Course.

It's an ideal place for a few families or groups of friends to spend a wonderful time together under the Portuguese sun.

The ground floor is divided into two apartments with two bedrooms each, one with double bed and another with two single beds, which is an interior bedroom. One of the bedrooms in each apartment has not window to the outside. Each apartment has a kitchen open to living room with sofa bed and TV (4 national channels) and a bathroom.

The 1st floor features a bar counter with seats, a large living room with snooker table, satellite TV, fireplace, stereo system and a dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, electric oven, juicer, blender, toaster and coffee machine. The laundry room is equipped with washing machine, drying, iron and ironing board. 1 Bedroom with double bed, and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and a guest WC. You will also find here a balcony with table and chairs and access stairs to the pool area and garden.

The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large balcony with panoramic views. You can relax outdoors in the large garden area, which features a covered barbecue area with table and chairs.

Such an amazing villa! Great managers!

The property is in some amazing gardens and the pool and bbq area is beautiful. The villa itself is massive and is fully equipped with everything you need, very clean and lovely.

Great Villa for a family Holiday

We spent a lovely 10 days at this villa, a family party of 18. We arrived early at 10am, check in wasn't until 4pm, but were allowed use of the pool until the cleaners had finished. The villa is a great size and fully equipped, we made great use of the swimming pool, pool table and table tennis. TV had all stations and the kids loved turtle in the garden. Any issues or questions we had we just text Gaby and they were answered and resolved. We also had a late check out of 5pm which was great as our flight wasn't until the evening. Only suggestion I would make, is to have a welcome book detailing how, oven/washing machine works and local restaurants, supermarkets, beaches, markets etc. Otherwise we couldn't fault it.

Perfect house for a group of 20 people

Nice and well-appointed house. We were 10 adults and 9 children. Each family had its own space. Top pool and garden. Allure and the team that managed the house are very reactive. Thank you Kamilla and Gaby!
