Description
Beautiful villa with 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, accommodating comfortably 21 persons. It offers a spacious living room with a fireplace and a snooker table, ample balconies, a large, well maintained garden, a covered barbecue area and a big private swimming pool 12 x 6 m. The property is located in Poço Barreto, between Silves and Carvoeiro, near the Amendoeira Golf Course.It's an ideal place for a few families or groups of friends to spend a wonderful time together under the Portuguese sun.

The ground floor is divided into two apartments with two bedrooms each, one with double bed and another with two single beds, which is an interior bedroom. One of the bedrooms in each apartment has not window to the outside. Each apartment has a kitchen open to living room with sofa bed and TV (4 national channels) and a bathroom.
The 1st floor features a bar counter with seats, a large living room with snooker table, satellite TV, fireplace, stereo system and a dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, electric oven, toaster and coffee machine. The laundry room is equipped with washing machine, drying, iron and ironing board. 1 Bedroom with double bed, and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and a guest WC. You will also find here a balcony with table and chairs and access stairs to the pool area and garden.
The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large balcony with panoramic views. You can relax outdoors in the large garden area, which features a covered barbecue area with table and chairs.

By L. Rowlands on 01-Aug-2024We loved this villa - there was plenty of space for all 19 of us. We were entertained by the swimming pool, playing games in the garden and the snooker and table tennis areas. The outside barbecue area was great and made it possible to cater for us all. There was plenty of space to park the 5 little cars that we arrived in. The area was lovely with a quiet location so we could use the pool in to the evening/night without upsetting anyone. We travelled to the local town of Silves, which was very pretty and had a look around. The water parks, beaches and marina were all accessible with the cards and allowed us to try different activities. There is a great Lidl in Slives for food shopping.

By Anonymous on 01-Oct-2018The property is in some amazing gardens and the pool and bbq area is beautiful. The villa itself is massive and is fully equipped with everything you need, very clean and lovely.
Great Villa for a family Holiday
By Marian on 02-Sep-2018We spent a lovely 10 days at this villa, a family party of 18. We arrived early at 10am, check in wasn't until 4pm, but were allowed use of the pool until the cleaners had finished. The villa is a great size and fully equipped, we made great use of the swimming pool, pool table and table tennis. TV had all stations and the kids loved turtle in the garden. Any issues or questions we had we just text Gaby and they were answered and resolved. We also had a late check out of 5pm which was great as our flight wasn't until the evening. Only suggestion I would make, is to have a welcome book detailing how, oven/washing machine works and local restaurants, supermarkets, beaches, markets etc. Otherwise we couldn't fault it.
Perfect house for a group of 20 people

Spacious Villa, recommended for large groups
By Unknown on 02-Jul-2018We enjoyed a fantastic week relaxing in and around this extremely well equipped Villa. Only 15 mins from all the faculties of Silves and a wonderful restaurant ( O Alambique) within walking distance. Would certainly recommend this villa for a large family group
Spacious Villa, very well presented
By Ano on 02-May-2018Ideal Villa for a large family gathering (we were 18). Loads of space and enough bathrooms for all of us. Nice pool with 20 sunbeds, manicured and spacious garden presented in excellent condition. We even had a resident turtle which the children loved. Pool table and table tennis, TV had every UK station and many other countries too. Large well-equipped kitchen and outside barbecue area. Located around 10 mins from Silves (10€ taxi), also connected by train and bus. | Stayed: May 2018
