Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.

Family holiday
By Jack Townsend on 16-Aug-2025Our stay at Casa Jardim was great! The villa is spacious, well-designed, and perfect for a family with children with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The location in Carvoeiro was peaceful but close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants and ideal for exploring the Algarve. We truly enjoyed our time here and can't wait to return!

Lovely holiday home

Perfect place for a family holiday

Brilliant villa very close to town and beach
By John on 28-Jun-2025We had a fantastic holidays in Casa Jardim. The pool & villa are lovely. Loved the sky bar at the Tivoli which is really close by where you get the most amazing sunsets. Some fantastic restaurants down the road & highly recommend the O stop restaurant at the nearby Centeannes beach.
