Description

Charming, modernised detached 4-bedroom villa with heated pool (at extra cost), set in a lovely shrub gardens, with sea views from the first-floor terrace. It´s located in the quiet residential area of Areias dos Moínhos, just a 10 minutes walk from Carvoeiro center with amenities, shops, bars and restaurants. Beaches can be reached within 15 minutes walk and golf courses are close by. Faro airport can be reached within 45 minutes by car.
The lounge has an open fireplace and patio doors opening onto an extensive covered and uncovered terraces and the pool area. One of the 3 double bedrooms on the ground floor is en-suite. The other two bedrooms share one bathroom and have access to the terrace and the pool area. There´s also a service toilet downstairs. The first floor hosts the spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a large private terrace overlooking the pool and offering fantastic sea views. There´s air conditioning in every room of the villa (at extra cost).
The pool area with a built-in BBQ and a shady outside dining area provides plenty of space for sun loungers combined with a maximum of privacy.
Transfers can be arranged at extra cost. A starter pack will be provided.

Amazing Holiday

This was the the perfect holiday you can ask for, even though I have booked the holiday last minute (thanks to Carla) still everything was spot on, the villa was in good knick , clean and very welcoming. Me and my family had a great time. We highly recommend the place and will definitely go back, hopefully soon;) Thanks Carla for everything.
