Description
Charming, modernised detached 4-bedroom villa with heated pool (at extra cost), set in a lovely shrub gardens, with sea views from the first-floor terrace. It´s located in the quiet residential area of Areias dos Moínhos, within 25 minutes walk from Carvoeiro centre with amenities, shops, bars and restaurants. Beaches can be reached within 15 minutes walk and golf courses are close by. Faro airport can be reached within 45 minutes by car.The lounge has an open fireplace and patio doors opening onto an extensive covered and uncovered terraces and the pool area. One of the 3 double bedrooms on the ground floor is en-suite. The other two bedrooms share one bathroom and have access to the terrace and the pool area. There´s also a service toilet downstairs. The first floor hosts the spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a large private terrace overlooking the pool and offering fantastic sea views. There´s air conditioning in every room of the villa.
The pool area with a built-in BBQ and a shady outside dining area provides plenty of space for sun loungers combined with a maximum of privacy.
Transfers can be arranged at extra cost. A starter pack can be provided.

By Elaine Brookes on 08-Sep-2025We had a great time iin this lovely Carvoeiro villa. . House is spacious and light and great bbq area. I loved the pool but maybe a rail needed for children and those with limited mobility. As mentioned before people may be put off by the do not flush toilet paper signs and the villa needs a safe. Carla is wonderfully helpful and will respond straight away to any query. Definitely recommended.
The best holiday
By Lara on 16-Sep-2025We’ve just returned from this lovely villa after a week away as a family of 7. It was perfect for what we wanted and had everything that you can think you will need in a villa. The only problem is that I can’t wake up this morning and go and jump in the beautiful pool. Also communication with Carla couldn’t have been easier and she was brilliant and professional. Highly recommend staying here.
Overall a very pleasant stay

We had a very nice week in the Villa. Setting and location excellent. Villa very nice and with a bit more attention could be excellent. All bedrooms are a lovely size and en-suite showers good. Beds very comfortable. Our small cons Tile missing on swimming pool floor ( deep end) so didn’t interfere with swimming. Lovely top floor bedroom terrace but side wall boarded awaiting new safety rail. Also could do with a small table and chairs. Pool to lounge entrance could do with a new water absorbent mat ( we used a towel to limit wet feet ) Lovely interior courtyard but table and chairs could do with an upgrade. Guest need to know the safes are not operational. Last one which may deter some guests is the request to not put toilet paper down the toilet. Overall we had a lovely time at the Villa
Beautiful villa with great views
By Julie Hunt on 25-Jul-2023Villa was lovely and clean, nicely decorated with wonderful bathrooms. The pool area was fantastic, lots of room to eat outside, lay in the shade or sun as there were lots of wind out sun canopies. We spent most our time outside. It is about a 15/20 minute walk to the nearest mini mart and about 25 mins to town. We had a wonderful stay!
Amazing Holiday
By Bal on 21-Aug-2020This was the the perfect holiday you can ask for, even though I have booked the holiday last minute (thanks to Carla) still everything was spot on, the villa was in good knick , clean and very welcoming. Me and my family had a great time. We highly recommend the place and will definitely go back, hopefully soon;) Thanks Carla for everything.
