"Casa Anna Maria" is centrally and ideally located between Carvoeiro, Porches and Lagoa, 5 to 8 car min. to numerous beautiful beaches on the Algarve coast
and 5 min. to various supermarkets in Lagoa (Apolonia, Intermarché, Pingo Doce, ALDI) and restaurants.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a dining area and a living area equipped with unlimited high speed WIFI internet, TV, DVD player and an open fireplace.
Brand new Daikin A/C in living room.

Well equipped kitchen with stove / oven, fridge with freezer, microwave and dishwasher adjoins the dining area. All rooms are at ground level.
The courtyard with a brick BBQ grill invites you to linger.

From the living and dining area you have direct access to the pool. Here you can enjoy the sun on the provided loungers or take a drink on the roof terrace with panoramic sea and country views.

Large car parking place.

Both pool and garden are maintained regularly. Pool is cleaned and water quality checked twice weekly in the summer months.

Charming garden with local plants such as oleanders, fig tree, olive tree, Ibiscus flowers and Buganvillea bush.

The climate in the Algarve is one of the mildest and most pleasant in Europe.

Children: many attractions nearby in addition to the beaches such as water slides (Slide & Splash Lagoa, The Big One) , amusement park with a dolphin show (Zoomarine), sand city etc.

Nice house in a beautiful environment

We loved staying in Casa Anna Maria. The garden is well maintained and the view from the roof terrace is breathtaking. It’s a pity that you can’t get to the beach by walking, but you can see the sea from the roof terrace.

We had a great time in the wonderful Algarve. The villa has everything you need and is very clean and quiet. But you should rent a car in order to reach the beaches and supermarkets.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Casa Anna Maria. Great pool, perfect quiet location close to everything (beach is ca. 6 min by car), fast internet. Manager Daniel very helpful. We will be back! Family Thomae, Berlin, Germany.
