Villa Casa Espedal was last renovated in 2020 and has a high standard. The villa, located on the outskirts of Carvoeiro, is built in traditional Portuguese style and enjoys a fantastic location overlooking the olive grove, cultivated fields and the Monchique mountain range in the north. Casa Espedal is located in tranquil surroundings in Sesmarias urbanization about 2 km from the amazing cliffs of the Algarve.

The villa is about 280m2 and has been tastefully renovated to high standard.

The villa contains 3 master bedrom with double bed and attached large bathroom + 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and attached bathroom (total sleeping places 8).

The villa has a separate guest apartment that is bright and airy near the pool area with its own entrance and private terrace. It contains 1 master bedroom, living room with on double bed, kitchenette with fridge and stove as well as a single bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The apartment has a total of 4 sleeping places.

Casa Espedal has a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 10 and a large living room divided into 2 levels with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player and internet. Both the kitchen and living room are tiled, have high ceilings and are tastefully decorated. From the kitchen there is direct access to the pool area and a covered patio with dining area for 10people.
The rent during the summer season includes electricity, water, gas, bed linen, towels, bath towels, maid service / laundry during the stay and on departure, etc.
Use of air conditioning for the 4 bedrooms in the house as well as in the apartment is included in the price. Power will be charged for consumption during the winter months.

We have our own on-site contact person who delivers keys and can assist during your stay, if needed.

Outdoor area / garden:
The villa has a beautiful garden of a total of 1800 m2 with almonds, fig trees, palm trees and cacti. It is airy and secluded. There is a private pool of 5 x 10m (nearly without chlorine) with possibilities for light in the evening and a large undisturbed outside terrace where there is ample space for play / activities / sunbathing / relaxation.

The property is located in a child-friendly, slightly sloping terrain, mostly on the same ground level, ie not many steep stairs. A staircase to get down to the apartment, but this is shielded with its own gate.
There are two outdoor barbeque , both gas and coal.

From the villa it is a short walking distance to a small cozy supermarket where you can buy delicious freshly baked rolls for lunch. There is also a walking distance to 3-4 cozy restaurants, ranging from good pizza restaurants, to Bon Bon, which is a popular Michelin restaurant to Hexagon, ranked No. 2 on Tripadvisor of the restaurants in the Carvoeiro area.

The area:
The Algarve area is known for its beautiful beaches and has the best climate in mainland Europe. The summer heat is tempered by the sea, and the ocean affects the climate in the winter and makes it less cold than the countries around the Mediterranean. Due to the location near the sea, the Algarve has the most solar hours per year, compared to other cities in the world that have the same climate.

From Casa Espedal it is within easy reach of all amenities, such as 8-10 min from Portugal's finest beaches, 5 min to the villages Carvoeiro and Ferragudo, both of which have many good restaurants as well as a large shopping center 10-15 min away.

There are also 5 golf courses in a short distance by car. Two of these are championship courses, one just a few minutes away. Portugal has on several occasions been named the number one golf destination in the world. Over 30 courses within 10-30 minutes, tennis, sand volleyball, children's pool, playgrounds, car, boat. and motorcycle rental, golf shop, spa, doctor, pharmacy, bank, post office, pubs + much more.
Also Portugal's largest and best waterpark Slide & Splash is only 5 minutes away.
