This individually owned townhouse is situated in a rural, tranquil position enjoying splendid sea and countryside views from their roof terrace and spacious balconies, and are only metres from the large communal swimming pool and lush landscaped gardens. The house has had modernisation to the kitchen, bathroom or en suite, and has modern furnishings throughout. *Air conditioning available at an additional charge.
The large elegant living/dining room is furnished to a high standard, with patio doors to the fantastic terrace ideal for alfresco dining or lounging in the glorious sunshine. There is UK tv.
Bedroom one boasts the luxury of an en-suite shower room, and has it's very own private balcony. Bedroom 2 is ideally located adjacent to the family bathroom, and also has a balcony of it's own. The kitchen is well appointed and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
Car hire is recommended, and each townhouse has a car port for your use. For those not wishing to drive, we can arrange transfers from Faro airport to the accommodation. Each house has UK TV and Wi-Fi.
Both bedrooms 1 and 2 have their own terraced patio areas. The roof terrace offers privacy and an excellent spot to sunbathe or simply watch the sun go down over the Atlantic. The living room terrace is sheltered and South facing, with a superb view over Carvoeiro and the ocean.
Colina Branca has its own private landscaped gardens in addition to the communal swimming pool. The gardens and pool areas are all lit at night. Please note there is no swimming permitted after 8pm.

Just 5 minutes walking distance from the heart of this lively little fishing town, Colina Branca is the perfect base for your holiday on the beautiful Algarve, with local bars, restaurants, tennis courts, supermarkets and beaches only minutes away, in addition to Pestana Golf Centre being a few minutes’ driving distance.
Coast/Beach - There are some wonderful beaches close by. In addition to the beach at Carvoeiro, within 5 minutes drive are Praia de Marina, Benagil, Caravalho, Albandera. Centianes beach is approx. 15 minutes walk away.
The coastline is spectacular with great views and great cliff walks.
Golf - Vale do Milho 9 hole par 3 course is very close by. The Nick Price/David Leadbetter, Pestana Golf Resort (Vale do Pinta and Gramacho) is 10 minutes drive. The Henry Cotton Penina and Alto Club Championship Courses, Salgados Links, Palmares and the new Golf Do Morgardo courses are all within a 20 minutes drive. Discounted green fees and special packages are available on many courses.
Location - Carvoeiro is approx. 40 minutes easy drive along the coastal motorway from Faro Airport. Care hire is recommended in order to visit many interesting places. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops a few minutes walk away in the centre of Carvoeiro. The big supermarket, Intermaché, on the road to Lagoa is a few minutes’ drive.
The nearest big supermarket to Colina Branca is Intermarche – only 3 or 4 minutes’ drive away. This offers a large selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, meats and fish and just about everything else you will need to make your holiday easier. However, there is a small supermarket (and off-licence) just 3 or 4 minutes walk away in the centre of Carvoeiro for all emergency essentials and fresh bread and pastries. Cash point machines and banks are available in Carvoeiro.
Our friendly English and Portuguese speaking staff are on hand to assist you when necessary and recommend places to visit.
As a small family business we look after a few townhouses in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the townhouse before your arrival. We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the townhouse.
Baby equipment such Cot and High chair, are available on request for a small additional charge, please enquire.

We provide a maid service twice a week in summer and once a week in winter , this is included in the rental cost.
Check in is after 3pm and check out is before 10am.

Air conditioning/heating is available throughout the year, at an additional charge of £75 / 90€ p/w.
Prices quoted are for up to 4 persons sharing, additional guests will be charged at £5 / 6€ per person, per night.

A 25% or £250 / 300€ (whichever is greater) deposit is required at time of booking. The final balance plus a returnable breakage deposit of £250 / 300€ is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Payment accepted by bank transfer in Sterling or Euros.
Payment can also be accepted via Paypal, but the guest pays the additional Paypal fee.
Please note, after booking the property you will be required to complete and return booking forms and a standard terms of rental agreement. This is to protect you, the guest, as well as the property owner. You will also be required to provide passport information in advance of arrival, this is a legal requirement in Portugal.
