This Superb Colina Branca townhouse is a set on a small superbly located complex of holiday townhouses, situated just 5 minutes walking distance from the beach, bars and restaurants at the centre of Carvoeiro.This individually owned townhouse is situated in a rural, tranquil position overlooking the pool, while enjoying splendid sea views from the terrace and being only a short distance from the large communal swimming pool and landscaped gardens.
The spacious living/dining room has patio doors to the fantastic terrace which is ideal for alfresco dining or lounging in the glorious sunshine.
Bedroom one has a built in wardrobe, air conditioning, an en-suite shower room and it's very own private balcony. Bedroom 2 is ideally located adjacent to the family bathroom and also has a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and a balcony of it's own. The kitchen is well appointed and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
There is a private car port for your use. For those not wishing to drive, we can arrange transfers from Faro airport to the accommodation. Fibre optic internet means you can stay connected while on holiday.
The roof terrace with glass balcony offers privacy and an excellent spot to sunbathe or simply watch the sun go down over the Atlantic. The living room terrace which also has a glass balcony is sheltered and South facing, with a superb view over Carvoeiro and the ocean.
Colina Branca has its own private landscaped gardens in addition to the communal swimming pool. The gardens and pool areas are all lit at night. Please note there is no swimming permitted after 8pm.

Just 5 minutes walking distance from the heart of this lively little fishing town, Colina Branca is the perfect base for your holiday on the beautiful Algarve, with local bars, restaurants, tennis courts, supermarkets and beaches only minutes away, in addition to Pestana Golf Centre being a few minutes’ driving distance.
Coast/Beach - There are some wonderful beaches close by. In addition to the beach at Carvoeiro, within 5 minutes drive are Praia de Marina, Benagil, Caravalho, Albandera. Centianes beach is approx. 15 minutes walk away.
The coastline is spectacular with great views and great cliff walks.
Golf - Vale do Milho 9 hole par 3 course is very close by. The Nick Price/David Leadbetter, Pestana Golf Resort (Vale do Pinta and Gramacho) is 10 minutes drive. The Henry Cotton Penina and Alto Club Championship Courses, Salgados Links, Palmares and the new Golf Do Morgardo courses are all within a 20 minutes drive. Discounted green fees and special packages are available on many courses.
Location - Carvoeiro is approx. 40 minutes easy drive along the coastal motorway from Faro Airport. Care hire is recommended in order to visit many interesting places. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops a few minutes walk away in the centre of Carvoeiro. The big supermarket, Intermaché, on the road to Lagoa is a few minutes’ drive.
The nearest big supermarket to Colina Branca is Intermarche – only 3 or 4 minutes’ drive away. This offers a large selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, meats and fish and just about everything else you will need to make your holiday easier. However, there is a small supermarket (and off-licence) just 3 or 4 minutes walk away in the centre of Carvoeiro for all emergency essentials and fresh bread and pastries. Cash point machines and banks are available in Carvoeiro.
Our friendly English and Portuguese speaking staff are on hand to assist you when necessary and recommend places to visit.
As a small family business we look after a few townhouses in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the townhouse before your arrival. We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the townhouse.
Baby equipment such Cot and High chair, are available on request for a small additional charge, please enquire.
Our mobile phone number is available 24 hours a day during your stay for emergency calls.
We provide a maid service twice a week in summer and once a week in winter , this is included in the rental cost.
Check in is after 4pm and check out is before 10am.
Prices shown are for the property per week (unless otherwise specified), in euros.
Prices quoted are for up to 4 persons.
During the winter months of November to March inclusive, we charge a special low rate for long winter lets of minimum 28 days duration.
A 25% or £300 / 300€ (whichever is greater) deposit is required at time of booking. The final balance plus a returnable breakage deposit of £300 / 300€ is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Payment accepted by bank transfer in Sterling or Euros.
Payment can also be accepted via Paypal, but the guest pays the additional Paypal fee.
From April to October inclusive, Mandatory Tourist Tax is payable at 2€ per person (aged 13 and over) per night, for the first 7 nights. From November to March inclusive, the Mandatory Tourist Tax is 1€ per person, per night, for 7 nights.
Please note, after booking the property you will be required to complete and return booking forms and a standard terms of rental agreement. This is to protect you, the guest, as well as the property owner. You will also be required to provide passport information in advance of arrival, this is a legal requirement in Portugal.

Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, promenade by the cliffs. Cozy atmosphere, child-friendly. Friendly people. The Algarve is so beautiful! We went out to see the caves along the coast both by motorboat and kayak. This was a great experience. We'd love to come back!
Amazing view
By Robert Gagne on 23-Jun-2025The location is 5-star, the city view is amazing day or night. The addition of the bay window on the 2 balconies also allows you to have this view when you are comfortably seated. It's a plus compared to other units in the Colina Branca complex.

Everything you need

Perfect location, with everything in walking distance (our favorite place for brunch Encci was just down the steep hill!). Even though it’s very close to everything the area still feels private and calm. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Susie was very responsive. Cleaning was very good as well! Would come back!
